Great video 👍. Never stayed at the Ambassador as we always go self catering, but this hotel looks lush. We have stayed in quite a few different hotels over the twenty odd years of visiting Benni. We do go in and watch the entertainment at the Ambassador though if we’re passing. We normally stay at The playamar these days and the views are amazing. It’s self catering, and you have to take your own rubbish out and do your own cleaning, and take your own sheets and towels down, but that’s no problem at all. Saves having cleaners in and out at random times . It’s English telly incase your in nursing a hangover 😂😂😂

Can’t beat having the English telly. Always good for when you’re feeling a bit lethargic 😂 I’m going self catering in April, so will Tom the apartments then.

Another great video, Lee. Try the Penny Farthing for a butchers type of sausage, it's on the road behind the Ambassador as you go towards the weekend market place.

Great video and very informative of this hotel. Very costly but looks great. Benidorm is a great place

Stayed last year, fantastic hotel. Noticed Paco the bar manager in the tropical bar . Cannot fault it although prices have risen 😢 great video 👍🏻

4 Star. You were lucky to live in a 4 star! We used to live in a 3 star, all twenty-six of us, no furniture, 'alf the floor was missing, and we were all 'uddled together in one corner for fear of falling. But we were happy.

@@Kevin-1969 not yet, but I have stayed there. The ambassador is a lot better in my opinion. the flash is also a nice hotel.

We have stayed there 4times, carnt fault it. Lee try the venus. Not as grand but amazing staff. Great blogg Lee

It’s on the list Tony. One of the few hotels I’ve not yet stayed at in Benidorm.

Sandos Monaco, and Sandos suits the best.

Yeah I’ve had my eye on the Sandos Suites for a while. Although my only reservation is the location.

Good review not my kind of holiday. Enjoyed everyone having a bloody good time dancing the night away

I really want to do the Don Pancho. But couldn’t get in for next week. I’ve got a really nice hotel booked instead though. I think it’s possibly the best in Benidorm for the room. Orange I will definitely do at some point too, as the location is great for the nightlife.

Missed a trick there if you like chorizo. Those little hotdog sausages are deceiving and aren’t actually hotdogs lol

Gotta agree, it’s a great hotel. I’m staying somewhere really nice in Benidorm next week though, that might change your mind.

No I wouldn’t say so. When I filmed it was January, so the demographic is older in Benidorm in general. Other times of the year it will be much more mixed.

No, it's not the best hotel in Benidorm. That would be the Don Pancho Hotel. Most hotels in Spain are rated at least one star more than they should be. The Don Pancho, is a true 4*. It caters as well for mainly the British visitor.

Tui voted the Don Pancho in the top 5 hotels in Spain, and in the top 100 in the World. Looking at your video of the Ambassador 2, the Don Pancho is in another league. It is more expensive, but you get what you pay for. If you think the food was good at the Ambassador, again, the Don Pancho is on another level. The best hotel in Benidorm.

From a room perspective, the Gold Arcos is by far best place I’ve stayed in Benidorm. That’s quite expensive though.
