I believe the reason you can’t get fortune three is because you don’t have enough bookshelfs Edit: after watching more I realized you got it but I do thing if you get more bookshelves it may be easier next time

I thought the same thing but I looked it up on the wiki and I had enough bookshelves. I was just really unlucky.
