I’m way late and having a Jazzy binge session, lol but I thought the same thing, but when you think about it, she lived there. She knows their schedules and the house. She probably even knows all security codes and entrances. So that eased my mind. I’m sure could sneak into my parents house as well. Keep in mind she’s hiding in her old bedroom and her parents aren’t likely to go in there.
