South tourism are of Turkey like Bodrum, if a person buy a land let's say 1000 m2 then he can build a house just it's %15 and 2 floor only. So 150m2 x 2 floor = 300 m2 and this is maximum. Is there such official rule about your land?

Sure, my foreign investment company “owns” the land. So it’s my company name on the land certificate and the company has the right to use the land for 30years. Every 30 years I apply to the region to use the land another 20-30 years 😊

Come to Bali first and see for yourself, the market is big and so are the prices. As a foreigner you can not own land in Indonesia, just leashold. Do not buy any land in the Green Zone. A building permit, called PBG, is required before construction work can begin. Only plan with a licensed architect. This way you won't have any problems with your project. Hello from Ubud
