Um actually 🤓 u just need 120% of er in this comp cus they produce a lot of anemo particals, if ur running faruzan, furina, xianyun on fav then xiao doesn't even need er sub's & u can go ham on all crit damage like have zero crit rate rolls & put him on his sig weapon PJWS. CV around 25 (22.2(weapon)+36(hunter set)+19.2(ascension) =100)/270 (230+40(C6 faruzan) is a solid ratio rn.even without zero crite rate rolls it's still around 75% crite rate Basically this small dude is not having crite problems in his lifetime.

Quick Note from a Xiao Main: 134% ER in the FFXX(Faruzan, Furina, Xiao, Xianyun) is way more than enough! Because Xianyun and Faruzan (especially at C6) already generate a shit ton of energy, he really doesn't need like any at all. I run him at 105% and I get his burst every rotation, even in single target.

1: xianyun gives plunge crit from ascension passive, so its still worth using it 2: C6 faruzans burst when it does its coordinated attack does a suck that is considered her E despite coming from her burst 3: the coordinated attack also provides a anemo particals on this attack to, it fixes her ER more then the other con that gives direct energy well providing a butt load to xiao

honestly, even though pyro xiao can do more damage and doesnt require c6 faruzan, it does however require c6 bennett, has circle impact, is a lot klunkier to play, requires you to build em, and is generally less fun cause you have to wait between plunges for furina to apply hydro and honestly, why would you run pyro xiao when you could just use diluc?

Btw, you don't have to stack that much of ER on Xiao if paired with C6 faruzan and Xianyun, 100-120% would work perfectly fine.

In conclusion: XIao is just a sad little meow meow

My Xiao can do 160K per plunge with Faruzan C6 and C0 Xianyun and Bennett in the team, my build: 83% cr, 198% cd, 127% er, 2.2k attack 4p vermillion with R1 jade wing spear. With Faruzan and Xianyun in the team Xiao do not need more than 120% er, i never had er issue because Faruzan gave a lot of er, of course before doing my burst i press E twice and use his burst quickly to got the energy.

The Inazuma wings look so good on him 😔

xianyun e gives crit rate to plunges. 4-8 crit rate depending on how many enemies you hit.

in triple anemo teams your xiao does not need 155 er that's super overkill. and in pyro xiao teams you're not using his burst so er doesn't matter in those teams. you really only need 120 recharge or 110 with c1
