If you haven't figured it out yet: he had over 300% cdmg bc the Fonatine artifact domain gives 7% cdmg every time you lose/gain hp. Stacks up to 10 times so a free 70% cdmg

No. “When current HP increases or decreased. CRIT Rate will be increased by 12% for 5 seconds. Max 3 stacks” You got the stat, the stacks. And the percentage wrong

The reason why ur crit dmg went down is cuz in his artifact domain it has a buff that means if u lose or gain hp u gain crit dmg but its only in the domain ofc

If you have his sign, you may use HP% circlet on set with crit rate or crit damage sub stat. The full set of Marechaussee gave you 3 stacks of 12% crit rate tho when the HP increases/decreases :")

The high crit dmg was due to the domain passive 😊

I was trying to get Xinqiu constellations and I'm really happy that I ended up pulling him. He is my favorite hyper carry atm. I even bought a BP just for the weapon.

A trick that i found out recently its that if u enter the character trial and leave the bosses restart immediately so u dont have to wait between fighting them :)

This was my first pull on the weapon banner and I was so nervous. BUT I got it in 30 pulls; didn't even hit first pity. I feel like I robbed the weapon banner and hurriedly fled the scene. XD

I really hope wriothesly at least comes close to neuvilette's damage, it probably won't since cryo isn't as good as hydro but lets hope since he is one of my favourite fontaine characters, great video btw

I got Neuvillete when his first banner came out, saved for kazuha, got him, also got neuv c1 and his weapon and so far no regrets

That crit dmg u lost is from the domain it gives you 70%dmg if you heal or loss heal

My pulls went the same as yours. It was painful but I couldn’t waste my guaranteed BUT I did get it in 20 pulls so the games showed some mercy…

There's one thing I've figured out after being scammed by the weapon banner multiple times, is that: do not choose the weapon you want, instead choose the opposite of what you want. I did that with 2 weapons, like I remember choosing wanderers sig weapon and ended up getting scammed, same with jade cutter. But when I chose what I didn't want, it gave me what I actually wanted. I think the design behind this is to make you pull on the weapon banner more, so when you select the weapon you want, it's not gonna give what you chose for 2 times automatically.

I got nuevillette and his sig weapon and he is strong at level 70 with a level 90 weapon(just finished maxing it out today)

My Nuevilette is nowhere near as good as yours but I run him with nahida, kuki and xianling team and he does like 30k per tick plus 60-100k vape damage X2. He c2 though. C1 get rid of his interrupt as well as the need for 3 reactions and once furina comes out you can run them together for some epic damage.

I got him and his weapon with only. 30 wishes I wish you luck
