I spent $5,000 on an ice bath (Edge Theory Labs Tub Review)

In this video, I'm doing a review of the Edge Theory Labs Edge Tub. I'm a huge fan of always finding new ways to get out of my comfort zone and do hard things, so I'll go into my thoughts on all the reasons I decided to go with this specific brand of ice baths instead of the others.

Tons of entrepreneurs and hustlers have been getting on the cold therapy game, and for a good reason. There are tons of health benefits and for the past few weeks of using it, I've really started to see some changes in my health, recovery, and sleep. If you're wondering on what brand of ice baths you should get, then watch this video because I'll go over why the Edge Tub is better than the other brands on the market. This video isn't sponsored, I just really like the product, and so I spoke with the owners and they were kind enough to give my viewers $150 off!

Overall, I LOVE the ice bath so far and the challenge it gives me everyday to do something hard, so that I can continue to do hard things throughout the day. I normally go in the ice bath for 3 minutes after my lunch, and that way it gives me a boost of alertness and energy to power through the rest of the day's work. This is a great way for entrepreneurs to maximize their time, and I can't recommend it enough!

    - How long does the water stay clean for with the 2 step filtration and if you use the sanitizer and oxidizer? I don’t want to have to change out the water ever 3 days.

Do you know who's the actual producer of these are. in canada, it's cold tribe and it comes from coldture. But it's the exact same tub/chiller but different color and labeling

Thanks, great video. Have you tried the 'hot tub' settings yet? curious if it gets to 104. I'd imagine having 2 of these is ideal, keeping 1 hot, 1 cold - perfect for alternating therapies.

I actually haven’t! But yes from what I hear from others it does get that hot. You’re right, that would be an awesome combo

I am contemplating this as well. I was thinking about pumping the water in and out with a hose to the bath tub and a mini pump from Home Depot

How often do you use it and how has it held up? How has experience been using it on apartment balcony? I been trying to figure out if it’s safe and possible to do it when on high apartment level

I would imagine emptying the water is a pain in the ass but I would also assume you don't need to change it very often given the filtration along with the Sirona products.

Hey Charlie, I recently ordered this ice bath just because of your video here. How long did it take for them to deliver it to you! I haven't received any confirmation or response from their support yet.

They are in high demand! I think it will depend but shipping times seem to be 4-8 weeks which is pretty standard for ice baths on the market

you would spend more money buying ice in the long run. that is why I am switching over to an electronically cooled tub. not to mention convenient. you could also have the barrel like you mention but buy a cooling unit which would be about $500-1300 and save money on ice that way
