Pilanesberg National Park offers a fantastic wildlife experience in an ecologically diverse area between the Kalahari and the Lowveld. With over 7000 animals, including the Big 5, and more than 200 km of roads, there are ample opportunities for spotting wildlife. Be patient and observant, as the thick bush after rain can make animal spotting challenging, but it's worth the wait for surprising encounters.
