you need to put chinera V on a phantom rod, ik it sounds weird but with the right fishing pet it might make it one of the best rods for water fishing, also the damage of phantom rod is actually good, it out damages livid dagger and it has a great ability. hypermax a phantom rod. since phantom rod is a melee weapon you can put all those sick enchants on it along side the fishing enchants.
