Marcus I mean technically all of the starters by definition are legendary as there are only one of each of them they must be really difficult to catch as oak is always shown to have only one of each and he always has multiples of other Pokémon and they also grow to be insanely powerful
After missing that rare portal and killing that legendary right after I would have shot something
