Thank you for sharing a real experience. Many times as musicians, we tend to focus on bringing our best to lead the people into worship. However, we need to be praising him just as much as every one else. The biggest problem with worship in church is that the majority of musicians aren’t looking after the Holy Spirit and seek status, a pay check, or love music. What all of you who fit this category need to understand is that worship is a ministry and one of the most if not the most important one as we are ministering to others and if we aren’t on the narrow with the Lord in spirit and in truth, we are but tripping stones for others and we are the ones blocking the blessings of the Lord for not only ourselves but everyone else. Many musicians may be great at worshiping with their instruments but have no real worship come long out of their heart. Just as a pastors is expected to live by what he preaches and is live as an example of the word, We musicians must abide by that too. Many times we can end up making an idol of the music and have so much love for it that we prioritize it over God whom we are supposed to use our talents for in the first place. Many musicians live in sin and while filled with it go up there and minister. This is wrong as worship really starts from the inside out and the reflection of the exterior is a manifestation of what really dwells inside. God doesn’t care how nice your instruments are or how nice the sound or how much the cost. God doesn’t care about the quality of the music, he doesn’t care for the lights and smoke or the big crowds. God doesn’t want hollow worship, he wants quality worship and quality worship starts with obedience, humility, selflessness, and understanding. Worship must be done in spirit and in truth. We are but vessels for the Holy Spirit and our cups must be clean other wise the Lord will not put his spirit in a filthy cup and the only way to achieve this is not through our doing that everyone sees but through obedience and the he yielding of one’s self to Jesus. He will make us clean but only if we trust him and truly surrender. I say this not as criticism on to others. It is mere advice from someone who was like this. I used to be you and due to my arrogance, the Lord had to really humble me down and dragged me through the mud. I even grew to hate the Lord for this as my life got so bad I almost lost it. But Jesus in his mercy has restored me and took me out of the filth I had been drowning in. I don’t know if Jesus will have me in the music ministry again as I now need to serve him in my true ministry which I had been running away from for over 15 years. Thanks to God I understand now that true worship isn’t from the exterior but from the deepest of the interior. If you are in theses shoes right now, take the step of faith and step down for a while and start to seek the Lord in spirit and in truth, learn how to worship with out your instrument or talents, o promise that all that weighs you down, all that guilt or shame will be taken away, you will be made whole again and God will reward to ten fold. For the Lord said - “ seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and EVERYTHING shall be added to you. I pray this helps some of you. Jesus bless you

The Name of Jesus is what the Bible refers to as "the name above all names". A name that has authority over death, sickness, sin, depression, anxiety, etc. A Name at which every knee shall bow. Speaking Jesus over your life means that the power and authority of that Name will take control of your life. It will take away your burdens, your empty heart, and will bring salvation into your life. You can pray to God and declare the Name of Jesus over your life. You can also find a church to find out more about the Gospel of Jesus and how He can transform your life. We all need Jesus in our life! God bless you!

They're filming to help the 35,000 people sitting all around the stadium be able to see clearly what's happening. There were LED screens throughout the stadium. I'm thankful for media teams that work diligently to make sure people can watch online and see from far away. And they can worship while they do!
