on regular classic, if you wipe at the wrong moment you softlock the two with no loot from either of them. I think it's when Whitemane was spawned, but hasn't rezzed Morgrain yet. We were all pissed and didn't reset the dungeon and quit for the night.

Yeah I actually found afterwads on wow head someone commenting on the boss to be careful to do them in the correct order, so clearly I wasn't the first one who found this bug :(
