I like the haunts, but nothing beats being on the road with the Carpetbagger as he takes us to all of those weird and wonderful places by the roadside. My family used to stop at Orange World every year on our annual road trip to Florida. Always wanted a gator head. I'll be 56 on Sunday and I still don't have one.

A friend used to send us oranges every time he went to Florida for the winter .When I lived in California there was an orange orchard behind our house and some of the trees drooped over our fence .We would go out and pick a fresh orange for breakfast . Love the roadside shops so much fun . That is an awesome place to stay for the night .So very cool. Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤

Jacob, you are more important to those of us who watch your channel than you realize! So many of us have only dreamt of escaping our lives and running away with the circus, but you have done it! And because of your generosity in taking us all along with you through these videos, many of us are able to "decompress" enough to be able to get through another day. We live vicariously through your videos, you are the perfect roadtrip companion and guide! I think that there are some business possibilities you might want to consider. But that is for another conversation. Anyway, you say autistic, i say artistic... tomato, tomato... ( insert both pronounciations here). Im older than you and back in my day there really wasnt a lot of kids being diagnosed as autistic. It wasnt a word the general public had heard or knew ( unless you were from my neighborhood in which case you would be very familiar with being called that every time someone from Long Island notices me sketching and asks " if I drew that?" While the pencil is still in my hand.... ). Regardless, I can totally overshare right now but i dont want to inconvenience any other commentors. Geez is my attention span sticking out yet? Yeah, Ive been diagnosed as a few things in my time too. If they had been using that diagnoses when i was , um... having long discussions with doctors, then i have no doubt that someone would have put me somewhere on some spectrum sooner or later. So anytime you want to talk about coping mechanisms just let me know. I help out a lot of young people with problems who have been diagnosed as autistic, ADD, ADHD, etc... and I even use your videos to show to these young people some of the amazing and unique places you visit like MeowWolf ! It is truly inspiring!!! And I use those MeowWolf videos specifically to inspire these kids! You help more than you know! I cant get these kids to places like MeowWolf in person, but we can be amazed through your videos and then i tie it in to whatever our current topic of conversation is. You are amazing!

It would be fun to get seated on a plane next to the carpetbagger.

Jacob… there was a haunt in California you missed! It’s called Lights Out, and it’s at the L.A. County Fairplex in Pomona. What did you say that kind of done is called? It sounded like you said yaka, but my husband heard yucca. I can’t find any other domes like it online aside from something called The Volcano House in Coachella Valley.

Enjoyed the video! I actually always put our citrus 🍊 in the fridge because it tastes wonderful cold. And it tends to last longer.

I went to a place like spooky hill, here in California, it was gravity hills in alta dena. N i saw the finger prints on the back door n freaked out. Couldn't zzz. So the thing with that place was that a woman went over the cliff driving, if it was suicidal or accidental, no one knows but that is where she died.
