第一次看外國人在泡茶，平常都是一群老人在公園裏泡茶聊天，沒想到艾卡特這麽愛泡茶整個人很養生，還這麼懂茶還發明康普茶真厲害！👍👍👍

@@ColeFogle 老人茶不是指年紀，而是指明清以來的飲茶藝術，老人茶即功夫茶。 由於沖泡極為講究茶品、茶水、茶具及沖泡過程， 因為沖泡耗時，通常唯老人家有時間可消磨，所以又稱為「老人茶」。Cole 若不明白可上網查，或直接查教育部《國語辭典簡編本》。👍😃👌

怎麼說呢，我覺得不是年輕人不愛喝茶，更多是要慢下來 但年輕人步調快，很難靜下心，還要慢慢泡茶來喝，畢竟很忙，是很現實的原因，要是年輕人很閒，說不準也會去嘗試一下 在年輕人中，無糖茶的接受度其實也很高，可見味道不是原因

無論是紅茶、綠茶、尤其凍頂烏龍更是臺灣茶種的LV 有醫學研究，茶裏的兒茶素，有極佳的抗癌功效！

適量是有好處，多了會結石。

我都是跟種茶的同學家拿茶，正烏龍茶樹人工採摘的烏龍青茶，冬茶才有做烏龍熟茶或是冷凍茶

臺灣在供應世界兩大熱飲（也可以冷喝）一一茶與咖啡上，都已掌握高品質出品的竅門與技術。

喝來喝去 還是最獨鍾烏龍！ 台灣烏龍獨特的香氣真的很難以比擬！

An interesting fact that I learned from a Taiwanese tea connoisseur is that if you "paint" your teapots with the tea (usually overflow or spill), it polishes the pot and eventually they get quite glossy.

yep. there is a lot of oil in tea leaves and seeds. Taiwanese will press the seeds to extract the oil for cooking certain dishes. in the old days women nourish hair with tea seeds oil, too.

可惜現在市面上太多進口茶濫竽充數，導致很多人乾脆不買

比多數台灣人更懂茶！汗顏啊～😥😅 好像有人用鑄鐵水壺燒開水在泡茶，聽說風味不同！這麼愛茶的人，我覺得可以試試！（鑄鐵水壺好像不便宜就是了）

Hey Cole, feel like meeting up in Kaohsiung from next Sunday to Tuesday (the time frame I'll be down South after working for a week in the Taichung area and before heading back to Taipei via Taichung) with a Dutch guy who has been to TW 30 times from 2008 to 2019 and now has returned for the first time in three years for an intense round of research on the bicycle industry? A wish is a desire for something. Hope is a desire for something but I feel there is lack involved. This is just my opinion.

Wish normally expresses a desire for something deemed unlikely, where hope is likely but not guaranteed. They are often used as synonyms though.
