Honestly Rev at least from my experience... if you're a fan of a TCG like Pokemon and have been collecting for years than you would most likely be happy to watch you open any TCG on your channel. I've never watched or played Yugioh but I can easy tell the valuable cards when you're are opening them and would be more than happy to see more, or even if you wanna branch out and do MTG once in a while... I know literally nothing about MTG but I watch a couple MTG TCG channels just because I love hearing people talk about things they are super super passionite about, like how you, Leonhart, and Unlistedleaf are with Pokemon, and moreso you are a very charismatic and fun to watch content creator in general and I have learned a lot from you when it comes to Pokemon since I just started collecting again maybe 2.5 years ago, been out of the collecting game since 01, I had prob 85-90% of a complete Base Set 1 set back in 99' I had my Zard (was prob only a 7 maybe 7.5 condition but an original zard nonetheless) Didn't have the other 2 from the big 3 and was also missing Zapdos and Mewtwo. Sadly a Friend from school at the time was moving across the country and came over the night before he left and slept over and we took him home the next morning and said goodbye and when I got home later that day my binder was gone and this was before cell phones and he was gone, that not only broke my 10 year old heart that he would do that but made me lose all intrest in collecting bc of how hard I worked on that binder. Anyways sorry for all that lol I'm so glad I found you and Leonhart's channels and rekindled my passion for collecting! You're the man Rev! Never stop being dope af bro. 😁😎

This was my childhood. First started collecting Pokémon and Yugioh together. But now I’m team Pokémon baby! Love the content Rev!

The thing is only the new packs with meta stables and rare cards in meta archetypes and good combo pieces are worth something in the yu gi oh cards like Evenly matched, ash blossom and joys spring, infinite impermance and nibiru the primal being are worth like 40 dollars or i might be outdated because i havent played in a while or watched any vids of it

When I was growing up I did a little pokemon but then I grew to love Yu-Gi-Oh. Honestly my collection of Yu-Gi-Oh cards is amazing. I have only recently got back into Pokemon, maybe a year or more ago and such. But I have to be rooting for Yu-Gi-Oh. Also I have that same Red eyes from that set also the Blue eyes and Dark magician is absolutely stunning

I got in at XY, packs were so cheap and now like phantom forces is around $30. That’s my favorite pack too and flash fire as well. It just gives me a lot of nostalgia but also like how the heck are they so expensive now

Damn, its hard to choose one! I see Pokémon since I remember, but Yu-Gi-Oh has a special spot in my heart! There was a time that I was completely addicted to the series and also collecting Cards and building my own decks! Such a nostalgy!!!

I remember pulling my red eyes. I was sitting at lunch with some friends in middle school and I didn't want to open the pack but my friends convinced me and I pulled it, have never had a better feeling then I did that day

Pokerev you should do a pack battle of 1st edition base set 1999 Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh vs evaluations 16 and the reprint of the 1st edition base Yu-Gi-Oh box to see what's the best value you find in the boxes

I'm definitely team pokemon, but I do love yugioh I used to play a dark magician deck against my wife's blue eyes deck back when we first got married in 2002

gotta redo this. those Yugioh reprint packs were from MJ Holding which is among the shadiest of companies for cards. Almost entirely certain they weigh their packs.

Team Pokemon! I always liked Pokemon more than Yugioh growing up, but I did have some pretty fun gameboy advance Yugioh games growing up. Overall, this was a pretty great idea for a video. I'd like to see more of these in the future.

I am a yugioh collector but wanted to get into Pokemon on the side just to fill up a 360 card binder with some nostalgic pokemon like Mew, Mew 2, Charizard, Rayquaza, etc... Gotta say that Pokemon brought the fire. Also the OG Legacy yugioh packs have the same pull rates as the reprint ones...

That was so cool to see both sets being opened and the fact you pulled 2 of the biggest hits makes this video insane

Yugioh shoots itself In the foot with its plethora of re prints that constantly drives card prices down to pennies. Pokemon will always be the king of value. But yugioh has by far the coolest cards I've ever seen.

Yugioh as a game is miles better and has almost limitless possibilities, but collecting goes to Pokémon I gotta agree. Also yugioh is free to play thanks to edopro which is a huge point to ygo

I’ve always loved the Pokémon game series, but when it comes to cards I am more team yugioh

Gotta give it to Yugioh, Pokemon only got that high because it scored points from cards that were not in the original base set (Mega Blastoise, Flying Pikachu etc) considering the challenge is called base set Pokemon vs base set Yugioh.
