You can't mine these Reinforced Blocks you need a special tool. Crafted with 4 iron ingots so craft shears and combine it with 2 iron ingots and you got a cutter what is for to break these blocks. Only the Owner of these blocks can break it with the tool. So these Blocks are actually unbreakable so don't freak out if he trys to break in well but you can change the owner with a special tool i think even if you don't are the owner. Well, a lot of stuff but it's actually important for this mod.
