the reason ur finding terrain looking suspiciously similar is because those particular biomes...mesa, warm ocean, jungle....are all considered warm biomes and minecrafts world generation likes to stick clusters of similar temperature biomes together, ofc there are random 'rare' instances where a jungles right next to the coldest biomes in existence but that's mojangs crazy coding for ya
