You know what’s so weird, I use to collect games sold off my collection about 5 years ago. So many people overvalue games more then anything at a garage sales. Like you could pick up something worth 100’s for pennies but as soon as you have a game related item in your hand mostly something Nintendo related they look at is as this holy grail type item. It’s so bizarre, people are so weird about video games and get so hostile over them sometimes.

We just spoke with each other, a few weeks ago. There were four of us tight friends since kindergarten. All alive. I had to take a double look at your name We're both going to be 76 this year.

I never think to ask for a bundle price when picking out good stuff like you do, as a seller I sure wouldn't want to sell the best stuff for a discount because you then end with a bunch of bad stuff at full price. Imagine if wal-mart sold the best stuff first at a discount? Weird.

look for SNES with UN3 serial numbers.....They are usually non yellowed. They have the best chip out of the SNES and worth about 200 bucks for jus console.

When buying and selling used vhs tapes, how do you list them condition wise? I assume you don’t go through every vhs tape to make sure it works perfectly.

I do not haggle at garage sales. People usually need the money and the stuff is super cheap anyway. I used to go with a friend and she was merciless to the point of being rude, she would always rock up dripping in gold jewelry too. Just not a very classy thing to do.

Did you hear anything about the non-standard USPS fees that they are implementing in April. Any length over 22" = $4 surcharge, anything over 30" = $15 surcharge , anything greater than 2 cubic feet = $15, $25 on demand pickup fee, 1.25 for each non-compliance (wrong dimension on manifest fee) and others. This will affect shipping like bats, posters, large lego sets, etc. I could send you a link but comments dont allow them

He's not old enough to retire for Social Security purposes, but after 21 years of teaching I'd say that definitely falls into the retirement category! EDIT: Personally, I think he's on sabbatical. Especially since if he goes back at anytime in Virginia before actually retiring, it gets added onto his total teaching tally. And Kevin LOVES teaching!! I think at some point he'll miss it, a lot!
