No, he doesn't want her to leave her identity behind for him and his child. He's helping her manage everything together, because he knows that she loves her career as much as she loves her family. Aiman Muneeb is a totally different case, she's been working ever since she was a child and earned so much to accommodate her family. She herself wanted a break now. Moreover, she only stopped working in dramas, other than that she's staying in touch with her field like appearing in shows, doing modeling shoots, and making sponsored videos. It's just that she limited her activities, she didn't completely give up on her career either. These both couples are beautiful in their own way. You can't compare one to another because every person and couple has different requirements of bonding. What's good for one, doesn't have to be good for another person too.
