I am in a difficulties situation i am hard time in financial my debt is $16500 monthly interest is 3.5% on over due amount it's been 3 months i am not able to pay my debt charges are adding up getting tons of calls harrasment blackmailing everyday everyday it's like today is my last day that much pressure is near my neck I need funds around $7000 to $8000 so can get some time and fix my debt I need one chance it's been 9 months handling this now it's like everything is out of hand without support I couldn't I am 23 years old failure happen from everyone but we do lean many things I know what i have done i have releasized i leant from it i know now how to fix my debt but i need support need one chance i don't have a choice

I delegate my day-to-day investing to an advisor ever since suffering a major steep-down late 2019, amid rona-outbreak, and as of today, I'm semi-retired with barely 25% short of my $1m retirement goal after subsequent investments

Risk 1% first trade/after loss & risk 2% after every win... & obviously reduce risk to 0.5% when in 4% drawdown....you'll always be up

@@DavidAdeyemo-ur3wjpeople like to forget that when you lower your RR your win rate goes up as a byproduct. Of the 7 Ls that this guy took, 5 of them could have been winners along with the 3 he had if he took profits at 1:1 (hypothetical scenario to explain my point). Now his win rate is 80% so he should be up 6% after 10 trades risking 1%. RR vs win% all comes down to who you are and your strategy. For me personally I like higher RR trades based on market structure because I like when 1 win covers multiple losses. I have a friend that takes 1:1s bc he likes to win more often and his win rate is much higher than mine but both strategies work. RR is not everything like people try and make it seem, it depends on the person

Is it non sense? because I do the same 0.70 lot (100 pip SL) 300 pip TP. I won 3 trades this week a total of 900 pips . 0.70 + 300 pips = 210 , 420 , 630 I lost 5 trades 0.70 - 5($70) = 350 If you do the math 630-350=$280 I still have positive account sir . $280+ Hey I want you to win too!! just practice risk management when I didn’t use a SL my trading career was horrible .

I learned this the hard way by blowing several small accounts. Pain is a great teacher.

Pbatesltd is young. Holding almost anything mentioned here is a good hold because the VHS or Beta will only show in time. I want to hold them early. Its sad that most dont think of these things as good future holds instead of being out of the market and bottom hunting. Are we the adopters or are we scavengers? surely one of these layer ones will become the standard and i dont want to sell any of them too early.

you know what your risk is on that $10K ? Almost certainly the whole $10K. If you have the mindset to follow "some people" & hope for the best ( which in most occasions means. "it will go up " ) then you probably are not disciplined enough to take a pre-set stop,( a loss ) because you have an expectation that "it will go up", or "it will come back". That's not trading. That's blind speculation. You are better off spending the $10K in Vegas.

I have a few questions on stoplosses.How do u protect yourself from whip lashes.. surge or sudden dip in price ( read stoploss hunting of operators).Many a times I have taken trades where I was right but a sudden whiplash stopped me out and after that the stock reached my target level and even beyond 😮😮.Even mental stoploss doesnt work as at the point of the dip or surge, u dont know whether it is real or just a surge

Stops can take most traders out depending what asset they are trading. Dow for instance most traders get whiped out daily seeing their stops hit multiple times. Deep topic. trade smaller than you want to. you can always add. I am a swing trader mainly so I walk away from my charts and my stops are far away from my entry i would say 80% of the time I come back with my limit order filled then on to the next trade

Great actually. I am one of many private clients under Monica, with private investing, hedging up against inflation I am up approx 500,000 in the past 10 months, 200 is ready to redeploy back into the equity and money markets in the ratio as rebalanced by Monica. You are welcome.

Great info but stock price/risk is easier to calculate than options…if using the stock chart with options for r/r then the calculation is skewed due to premium…may enter a contract at .90 risking .10 for a stop at .80 but .80 can hit prior to your stop level on the stock chart and that level can now be .70 so your risk is messed up

20mins just to tell you that you should use a stoploss and good RR.. wow.. thx bro.. never thought of that

Unless you have a crystal ball the only fact you can control is the risk you have on each trade there is no planning for risk reward ahead of any trade ..no one can tell what the reward would be until the trade is executed and the trade is complete

I trade forex and there are EAs that will size your position automatically. You can tell it you want to risk, let’s say .25% of your account and then you position your stop loss on the chart and click buy or sell. I trade on the M1, so I have to be fast with the order. There’s no typing in trades, just drag and click.

Hey @umar Big fan of yours and Tradezella User; one of the main hurdles that I am currently coming accross is capitalizing on Reward aspect; in other words, I am struggling to hold trades to at least a 2R; want to take profit prematurely. How can I navigate this?

In my opinion (as a wealthy successful trader with decades of experience and countless thousands of trades under my belt), I believe that risking $9600 on that one trade is far too much risk to justify it. Anyway, I would suggest taking some of those market profits and getting MUCH better graphics for future videos. The current scratchy notes do not induce confidence in the mind of viewers. However, in the end, you are correct to plan trades based on awareness of risks.
