I Ride Liangshan's Slow Train (Ticket Prices Haven't Changed for 25 Years!) // 英国小哥不坐高铁坐“慢车”,理由感人!

I took a trip on one of China's remaining slow trains, running through Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan. The train is maintained in order to help reduce poverty in the area and the ticket prices haven't changed for 25 years!
This was the most interesting train journey of my life as I joined the locals and a fair few chickens for a journey through Liangshan's beautiful countryside.

This brings back so many memories. When I was a child, my mom took me for a trip within China almost every year. It started when I was 2, she took me to Three Gorges on a ship. I left not much memory about this (after all I was only 2, how could I remembered clearly :D), but I still had some sort of impression and images left, like the tall ship bridge, the dark and vast mountains and river under the night sky, and the dazzling light beams from the bridge and the loud honking of the ship. But for most of the times we travelled by train, especially by normal-speed trains (it's called 特快/express train but we can consider it normal speed compared to the high-speed railway). I still remember me and my parents went to Qingdao during the summer when I was 5, we took a hard-seat carriage, that carriage interior looked almost exactly like this only not as clean and neat as this. we sat for a day and a night before we arrived at Qingdao, it might be considered not to be a pleasant experience if it was nowadays, with all those long awaits, noises, smells, crowds etc. but I was absolutely happy then and the memory only got more and more precious with me growing up. And I even remembered we took a bus and the bus took a ferry across the Yangtze River to Wuhan for us to take the train, I remember the bus stuck on the ramp of the ferry and the male passengers had to get off to push the bus LOL. But more often we took the sleeper train, set off in the dusk and arrived in the morning, and the bus trip to Wuhan and the ferry across the river was always inevitable and always very soothing and fun. Then when I went to senior middle school we stopped to travel because, you know, I have to study harder because of the Gaokao. Then when I went to collage at Beijing, I again took sleeper train there and back every semister. I love all those moments when the train ran across the suburban areas of Beijing and the towns and villages on the North China Plain and the day gradually going into the dark. These long trips never make me feel tired, the landscape and sceneries along the route repeated for four years for me but I never felt bored. Sorry for all the twaddling in the comment section, it's just the video suddenly brought me some nostalgia.

i think that guy is not from that same group, he said he is selling pig feeds, situ is helping the woman and the old guy under the train, they two are together, so that guy on the train already moved his own stuff on to train , so he sat there before other started to move their stuff, so i guess he did not feel he should help, because he just moved his own stuff and also i dont think he knew what is going on , he might think sifu knows that woman
