Yay you’re doing hsr content again. Please stream your Black Swan pulls. She’ll be great with Kafka.

Just so you know. Ruan Mei is broken to have if you could get her to 180% break effect. This is because Ruan Mei give damage bonus for your entire team according to her Break effect that is above 120%. To explain one of her trace is actually giving out 6% increment for every 10% BE above 120% up to 36% damage bonus at max. And add her skill also give teamwide damage bonus if active. That gives out another 32% if max skill level/trace. You are looking at at least 68% damage boost all type for your whole party. To put that to refference that is 2 element damage spheres for all types to your whole party. Realistically you can build her minimal 160% BE one of her trace gives 20% BE for the entire team including herself. The best set is 4 Thief+2Talia, For more leniency on the BE requirement. But if you have 4 Hacker set with BE substats that could also work. And having Memories LC at S5 is actually great for BE and energy. Her sig LC is her best is like Bronya's LC but with BE and that it could regen 1 SP but the wearers BE need to be 150% above. It also gives out Damage Bonus after Ult and regen energy at the start of each wave not cycles. As for why she is one shotting everything in SU. Is because her technique depletes the toughness bar for every blessings you have up to 20 blessings and also deals 100% of Ruan Mei Break damage if the bar is broken thanks to the technique. Hoyoverse was cooking for this lady and someone in the department deserves a raise for how overly broken this character is

I'm glad xlice is doing hsr content but I don't think his GI content was doing that much better for him to quit the game all together for GI guides. Plus HSR seems to a much more meta oriented game than GI anyway, I don't know why he quit in the first place.

Ikr I went and check the views there wasn’t that huge of a drastic difference anyway. But well I love braxophone sevy consistency in doing both games guide making so I’m fine if xlice prefer playing genshin (tho I no longer play it and only hop on back to this channel becuz it’s hsr related) I have to agree that with genshin there isn’t much meta in the game to explore on since there isn’t any endgame and u usually don’t really need guides ngl since new characters are release at a slower pace then HSR unless it’s repeated guides like raiden rerun etc

Thank you for the HSR video, I stopped watching your content when you stopped playing the game so I unsubbed. (I have negative interest in Genshin ) But I am glad to see you back in my recommended because I really enjoyed the other videos. I love Gacha Tubers like Xlice and Mr.Pokke but wtf is the point of E6/C6 or maxing out their weapon. Like I get it, you like the character or don't give asf about paying rent next month. And then you don't play the game for a while. Swiping to max out characters just takes the fun out of it imo.

How I do it is, I find a team and I build that team. If I’m still playing said team by the next rerun or that specific character and no other characters have interested me I pull for eidolons (my aim is always the character and their lightcone when they first come) I don’t spend more than the monthly pass and battle pass usually so I haven’t had any issues and I’m able to save quite a bit between patches. I managed to get Ruan Mei and her lightcone, I’m skipping all banners till Black Swan and I’ll pull for her and her lightcone. Then my Kafka team will be done. If I’m still playing the same team members and have swapped anyone out I’ll pull for eidolons the next time around. (I also have to plan for a second team technically, but at this moment I am focused on my main team) I don’t think unless people have the money and this is what they enjoy and choose to spend their money on the game are dropping that kind of money for every character or are making it where they won’t be able to pay for rent. (Could be wrong but I’d say the vast majority of people aren’t doing that)

When you have Japanese on Honkai Star Rail but not Genshin:

I don't understand how you don't enjoy the game enough to continuously play. I've been playing since launch and I still have some simulated stuff to complete. Suppose I just don't have fatigue. The devs are awesome.

Genshin is so devastating and boring while star rail is so comfortable and refreshing. Waiting for the day starrail gets bigger than Genshin so the hype about Genshin is gone completely cause it gives u nothing it it’s peaks was 2.0 and that is long gone. You say that you don't play hsr because genshin has better content for viewers. While i don't disagree with this take, but it might be your fault. Because even when you made 1 video on this game just now, you played the most boring gameplay mode (SU) with the most boring character (kafka). So if you think that hsr content is not interesting for viewers, maybe first go try more interesting hsr content, then quit the game if it didn't work
