I'm no I've always been so damn annoyed at HGTV when someone gets a remodel and nothing from their old rooms makes it into the new design not is there ever space for it. I'm sorry but most people have those knick knacks or one or two special pieces of furniture or an artwork that they love even if they would trash everything else.

You are so great at thinking about how people will USE a space and getting into the headspace of what will make other hearts sing even while having a clear (and beautiful) design style of your own! I love how you thought about storage, spots for keys and plastic decor at the same time as sight lines and aesthetic. It's a real struggle! I'd love to see you chat through this even more, especially how it felt when it was all done, what pieces they especially appreciated etc. I hope you feel so encouraged and invigorated - you are a really gifted designer, Emily!

I LOVE how you designed and decorated the space so it’s attractive AND addresses and accommodates the presence of kids and pets! You didn’t mention it, but the openness of the space (and a moveable sofa) will make it EASY to clean up. There’s also primo real estate for dogs (if they’re allowed) to race back and forth and for kids to do sock sliding. The modular sofa that can be reconfigured for viewing, visiting, or sleeping is brilliant. Precision Renovations did an amazing job! Lastly, based on spinning that roll of material, I strong suspect Lou was either a baton twirler or on flag team. Am I right? Last last: what is the brand of peel and stick whiteboard? We for sure need it in our home!

I’m not sure what they used, but Post It (like the sticky notes brand) has some! They have a big roll but also smaller sheets. I use their paper-sized sheets on the inside cover of my binders and notebooks, it’s so awesome

I live in the homeowner's (and Mr Beast's) neck of the woods and saw the news story on it. What a great job you did! The recipient does a lot of amazing work for local animal causes and other worthy causes and I'm sure this a very nice reward for her to experience.

I love it so much! The only thing that scares me is the storage under the stairs. Are there any sort of hidden latches I missed, or something along those lines? There's appears to be no overhang from the step covering the top of the drawers, which looks aesthetically beautiful, but... if the drawers can just freely move, how easily can someone walking down graze and open a shelf with their foot accidentally?

I have this bad feeling since way back when about him and his channel and content... like conspiracy type bad feeling... dont do it. Stay away and stay safe! No contract with him or his brand. I wish you luck and hope you stay authentic and human. I will be removing any and all recommendations from your channel. First time watching your content to find this... hard no for me and should be the same for everyone.
