Trust me, I made a similar move to Ghana after realizing, that's where I get my peace and i have never regretted it. You may be getting paid all the dollars in the world but at the end of the day, there is no price for freedom. Just like he said, humble yourself when you go back and you'll survive. 6 years and counting.

Another great interview here from overseas this year (A1). Our brother prince is straight on point he speaks facts and so truthful in all his analysis. Dj NYAAMI ,what you are saying about truthfulness is key, especially government workers and people who even wants jobs, most Ghanaians are not truthful but will always blame others for their failures. DJ you need to bring him back again, his mindset is good for we travellers.🎉

You have spoken a serious truth.... Struggling hard for money abroad can end up creating so much imbalance and distress in your health ( physical, mental and spiritual )..... May we make it quickly and have some peace and health for our souls. Ghana is not a perfect place, but no amount of money is worth the stress, pain and suffering, chronic diseases, and premature death.

All human beings are naturally not honest; we just need a robostic system to regulate beings. For example, if someone comes to buy eggs from you and asked you to inflate the price, you won't fo it because you will end up paying huge tax at the expense of the person. The system has to be a step ahead of the citizenry.

The reason why most of us in London who are financially sound don't want to go and live in Ghana permanently is because it's easy to feel at home in London. U can get anything u want. It's also very easy to visit Ghananwith a direct flight, and it takes just about 6.5 hours. We hardly have any issue with racism in the UK, especially in London. U can even live the same way u live in Ghana in the UK if u can afford it.

@@antwidaniel-sm1vn I need not to travel this day and age to know what is going on in the world and do I have to go round telling people where I have travelled to? My point is all that he said are his own experiences and those experiences may not be applicable to everyone, life has no formula.

You see this mindset he is talking about, the white man did not just get up to have a good attitude or correct mindset....they once upon a time behaved like us but at a point in time they enforced the laws.... Is about law enforcement, example in the West once you do that the laws will ruthlessly deal with you so let's stop behaving as if is all a problem. is a problem but not as we trumpet it. if i give you some examples of what the white man has done to himself, you will end up clapping for the black man..Who brought the idea of slavery, and who abolished it???

Yes there are some Ghanaians living as pensioneers in the diaspora and they are living good. My father has lived in Germany for 45 yrs and he is here as a pensioneer. He goes to Ghana every year. He has great medical care and eats whatever he wants. I dont like it when ppl like this young man try to force their ideologies on all Ghanaians. There are Ghanaians in the West who are enjoying their retirememt in foreign countries. Thats their choice so this young man cant say he feels sorry for them .That is disrespectful. Its very bad. Everybody has his journey and if someone says he feels safer in Abroad why must you say you feel sorry for them? Its their choice. Ghanaians must learn to accept other peoples choices. He shouldnt force his ideologies on Others because everybodys situation is different from yours. I know like about 5 pensioneers from Europe who went back to Ghana and returned immediately to abroad because the health care system is sankwas. Sometimes at the hospital you wont get a bed to sleep. They will let you lie on the mattress on the floor. Bad roads, corrupted leaders, numerous light offs just to mention a few. Everybody has his own plan and destiny. There are a lot of Ghanaians owning business and properties in Abroad and are doing well. Even my own family members never encourages me to come back n stay for good because they sef dem no dey see top

DJ the guy is not been realistic, he's not answering your question! He's beating around the bush. His attitude as he's saying is not encouraging... He has accomplished whatever he want, his answers are not educational... Face reality and cease With all the beating about the bush, he was able to stay for ten years... You see he sounds like a greedy selfish guy 😞

This guy is not smart, he is doing politics and he’s lazy. He left Australia because he doesn’t want ro be under their laws and for Ghana to develop, we need stringent laws, rule, regulations, enforcement and compliance to change our mentality. The only one to do this is the government, people naturally want an easy alternative, That’s why electricity flows in a conductor of least resistance, so as water. If you don’t control human beings, they will behave like animals.

Is it just me? There is no disrespect to anyone, but I came in with a clear objective mind but walked out with a mesh in my mind. It feels like saying a whole lot but not really saying anything specific. Clarity of expressions is key. DJ tried his best as usual to stear the convo, but the dude managed to contradict every point that he laid out. I appreciate the effort, but you left me confused. My 2cents. No disrespect.
