He might not be versed in certain technology and financial terminology but, he can afford to hire developers and accountants. He knows his market and his product and he is content and comfortable with his growth. His appetite will decide if he ever wants to go public, but he strikes me as one that would rather sell first for the right price.

There are official government licensed arm guard in Nigeria you can hire just like here in America. They work 24 hrs 365 days and it's legal. No I don't think he exposed himself my only fear is he let out some of his business secrets like paying Russian hackers to try hacking his system which to me is unacceptable. People like Elumelu and Otedola don't sit with ring light and expose their business tricks and strategies like the way he's doing.
