The reason this finale may feel kind of off is because the season had to be shortened from 10 episodes to 9 in order to be eligible for awards or something. So there's a whole hour of content missing!

I agree with you, season 1 had a better finale. I think that they should try and channel the season 1 vibes into season 3. I feel season 2 was very different than 1.

100%, I feel like there’s is a greater inconsistency between the older cast but I also feel like they shaped the flashbacks to suit the present plot. I definitely prefer the vibes from season one!
