@@jinjo1441 It is. Pedro Macedo did a magnificent job composing all the music for SC. The most well known songs are probably "First Light" and "Arc Corp Theme", definitely give them a listen if you liked this. I'd say this is some of the best music ever made for a video game and fits the grand scale of the game perfectly.

As a Star Citizen player, i like to say SC is like sèing a good science fiction game in a cinema, except the game includes trafic jam to go to the cinema and all the hassles to find a parking place for your car.

This is the main reason I love the game BEAutiful the rest will come in time :) even with the issue it has, the game offers so much that other games just lack

That shot at 3:52 perfectly encapsulates the absolute majesty of this game, and why it'll forever be superior to games like ED. It's been an exercise in patience and pain waiting for the first episode of Squadron 42, although at least we have this amazing (though buggy) work of art now.

the game is beautifull, yes ... Fully bugged again, since the PES in 3.18, but beautiful when it works 😅

Much of this footage is older than the currently playable game. It is actually visually better in many places. This also does not show any of the activities/abilities in the game. NOTE: I'm not saying the 3.19 is all peaches and cream. It is certainly not. This week, 3.19.1 will come out and will fix many standing issues that will make the game much more playable.

As the title indicates, I don’t think this video’s goal was to show the latest updates or the most recent look, activities, etc. I think its aim was to show the aesthetics of Star Citizen *as a whole* - which it did very nicely. I’ve been following this account for a while now, and they do show the latest updates, ships, paints, etc. - in other videos (if you read the video titles, I’m sure you’ll find one rather quickly.) I like the style and atmosphere of these types of videos a lot and mostly watch those 😀 they are so calming, and the music really supports the shots. It doesn’t matter to me if the creator is using the most recent updates in those videos.

Star Citizen isn't yet the most beautiful game, not even close, but it will be when flora, animals, more type of stars, are added, and more. Elite Dangerous would be way ahead in terms of beauty, but that's all there is to ED lol

Elites graphic and details are way behind SCs.

To anyone who may feel tempted to try this software .. be WARNED! This is not a released product, it's still under development! You HAVE to buy a ship to able to (not play) test it (with real $$$)! It's buggy as hell, and it happens that all you can see are error messages (unstowed i.e.). If you choose to try it, only one this is certain You WILL be frustrated so many times .... it has the potential .... but it's not ready today....

Well, basically you are right, it's an alpha and they say it everywhere on their website and in their videos. Yes, the game does cost money (as nearly every game does, even in development). It costs 50$ with a starter ship and you can get everything else in-game without paying real money.

You were lucky to first be able to log in to the game and then play it for more than 30 minutes without a 30k lol 😂 fabulous camerawork tho. Impressed and sub’d

They should have ended the video with a 30k.

@@KungLiGaming Well.. I tend to play longer than most. I actually tend to play UNTIL I get a 30k. It's rare to go longer than 6hrs or so without one. But it is getting better. Late in 3.16 was epic. You might get one only every 18-20 hrs of game play. I hope we get back to that again.

Only if it works and that is half the time. They have over 500 million and are asking for more and its been in Alpha for 11 years with no end in sight. Yes, it can be beautiful, but its current state is horrible

yes, it's all ingame, but also all just staged. nobody needs a lynx, nobody uses it. nobody lands their corsair/carrack on any platforms of area18/microtech, there is no reason, there is nothing to do. that the lorville train didn't clip out and off its tracks is a nice catch, must've taken a couple takes. this leaves such a false impression on anyone who doesn't have the game yet and is just looking around.

@@KungLiGaming it's pretty looking but what is interesting about in-game footage is things that actually happen in the game that aren't just eye-candy shots the reality is that there is no sweet looking landing pad take offs, it's a bunch of debris blocking hangars, jittering around wreckages and clusters of abandoned 30k lost ships cluttering the area

​@@the_babbleboom But this is only the current version of the game after they implemented things that caused problems and that they couldn't detect before. They'll fix it in future patches.
