When you do the sims, do you just sim the entire season or do you control transfer business during each of the windows (I know you make transfers between seasons but in January as well I would assume right?)

I don’t do any transfers in January bud! Unless it’s MONEYBALL I’ll keep an eye out for big sales but in normal rebuilds just simulate! Get some scouting done in January for end of season (contract expiry)

So do you just set the assistant manager to not sell players? Otherwise I could imagine you’d end up without a key player or two if a bigger club came in. Btw I took your scouting recommendation and managed to get nearly the whole world scouted to “Very Good” except for like East Africa and boy does it make a difference.

at the start of my notts county build i was trying to take over the training plan to stop the intensity. But even when i did my players just keep getting injured. Why is this?
