Athletic Bilbao are a unique club with a policy of signing and producing players within the Basque region. This tradition started around 110 years ago and still carries on into the present day. Today, I become the new manager, and whilst adhering to their policies, I try to make Athletic Bilbao the best team in both domestic and European football.
