Maybe like 2-4 years, in 10 years there will most likely be none of the original rebuild players left.

Just so you know, ratings in the draft are scaled by position. A 73-74 overall QB is similar in draft value is about the same as a 76-77 overall at other positions. DBs, TEs, and RBs are usually rated a bit higher than their value. Dev trait matters more than ratings to some extent with O-line, because it's very hard get a normal or start dev lineman to be really elite. Athleticism ratings are also scaled. Good speed for a reciever or DB is high 80s, so it isn't that bad. The difference between an 88 speed reciever and a 93 speed reciever isn't that big, especially in sim.

Look at your scheme fits, that’ll let you know if an edge rusher needs to play at end or backer. you can also go over to specialists and make sure they’re the 3rd down edge rusher.

Papa two things you can check if the player already had the development trait by going to progression history, second players that have a rare ability (your runningback with 99 break tackle or a linebacker with 99 hit power) tend to have the higher development.

If you are going to actually watch the games (slow Sim style) you need to put good abilities on your players as they will activate. (Edge threat etc)

Yo mmg just some advice for when you look at prospects the pro days and combined don’t mean anything the only thing that matters for his physicals is the “great-elite” etc they could have elite speed but still run like a 4.4 just depends tbh

i think your team scheme is a 3-4 in this vid so you conversion of OLBs to end was making them 3-4 ends. if you changed to a 4-3 they would have a few more sacks imo
