How do you make the youngsters grow so rapidly? The regens i sign (they have a ton of potential) grow by just +1 or +2 per season.

Do they got enough game time on them? And they also should perform to hit dynamic potential.

​@@JackObianThey mostly get 1 or 2 assists or even a goal per match, sometimes they get none and low match rating,i think thats the problem.
