This series is great! You should read some math/science KZreadr's theses and then have them on for a discussion -- I volunteer as tribute!

What a great idea! What's your thesis?
I’m pretty sure she could explain pretty much anything in a clear and calming way. Every time I watch One of these, I feel better, even if I don’t understand all of it. Thanks.

I agree! 😊
what I like about your videos is how much you make effort to simplify the many theories of physics as much as possible. Amazing work, keep it up!
I could listen to Tobys brilliant presentations all day😌 So soothing, yet I feel enlightened with knowledge LOL, TY.
You're so good at these! I really enjoyed it. Thank you, Toby. Also, that overhead projector with the cellophane slides and dry erase marker is soooo old-school analog. Love it.
Excellent, thanks for taking one for the team. Great animations and projector work - well done!
Toby has the most soothing voice imaginable. It's definitely well suited to ASMR. Cf. 'Quantum ASMR'.
It's puts in perspective how smart THOSE people are if someone as smart as you is unable to understand 100% of every word of their thesis... There's average people who are mildly interested in science, then there's people like you who do intellectual reviews of others work, and then there's people who provide those aforementioned work, DAMN!!
Thank you Toby for your expertise on these matters. Look forward to you keeping us informed.
TIBEES YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE ONE OF THE BEST KZread I HAVE EVER SAW YOU ARE SO CALM AND I LITERALLY LOVE YOUR NATURE YOUR VOICE IS REALLY SOOTHING 💗💗💗
This is one of the best channels that interested me in STEM 😁
I've only recently discovered your channel, and now I'm slightly addicted. Great stuff.
I'm so glad I found you! Science videos seem so clickbaity, and their channels are the cookie cutter type. It's actually refreshing to see you breaking down complex science and mathematical wizardry, so we all can have a chance to understand them. I dunno if you get this alot. But your voice is soo soothing. you're definitely not hard on the eyes, at all! Actually your flipping adorable! OK I got some more of your videos to marathon binge watch! Thank you for your work! This is literally the best example of why the internet is fantastic! Sincerely, your newest Subscriber! Keep up the great content!
Great and very interesting video Tibees. You are so good at explaining this paper. 🙂😊
Super interesting. Thanks ! If you’re doing the phd thesis of TV presenters, it would be interesting if you can find Helen Czerski’s. 🙏
Thank you Toby! Love your videos - that inspires me a lot.
Ahh always a joy. Toby could explain the value of sharing toys to first graders, then without changing tone or cadence explain the soothing intricacies of quantum chromodynamics.

And it's crazy to think that even SHE is unable to understand everything about it or write her own thesis that changes the world, hard to believe how smart people like Einstein and Hawking are👍

@@ramteja1550 No disrespect, but nothing in education is like the Wild West it was up until the mid-20th century. Thats what I think anyway.
Thanks for your insights and explanations on Brian's thesis, well read with a lovely voice😊
Great, I love Brian's scientific discussions and documentaries!
always charmed by the elegance with which you arrange & handle your printed materials.
Fascinating how proton structure, and proton decay is still a big mystery for particle physicists. beautiful explanation as usual from Toby!!.
This guy had a deep impact on me as a kid that motivated me to take physics as my major..... I remember watching his show "Wonders of the universe" on BBC it was like a ritual for me to watch his show..... Love and respect Prof. Cox......
Once again, you were able to explain something that I only had a lose grasp on before. Many thanks for this breakdown. - Cheers.
that was a very nice explanation and summary. thank you.
I love your use of an old fashioned overhead projector.
Missed your videos so much!
That was packed with information, a very informative presentation, thank you. I did not realise his thesis was so recent, he has achieved a lot since then.

You genuinely are magnificent truly❤️
Very invigorating - allows me also to delve deeply into Dr. Cox's works.
I needed this so bad. Thanks
This... is a phenomenal channel
Another great video. Toby is the David Attenborough of math/science
Love this video!
Good video 👍. please do more PhD thesis in this series
Quite interesting. thanks for explaining it !
Beautifully done!
Thank you so much for this video.
Very interesting! I watched this video several times.
Magnificent as Told By You Take Care
Thank you for explaining it!

He was the keyboard player in D:Ream, he is a fun guy but I think vastness of the universe was always a bit cooler. I suppose it depends how much you like house music.
You are a wonderful person
I am entranced 😮 Thank you
I watch a lot of clips about this type of material and usually about half way through, I realize I haven't a clue whats being discussed. I guess I just enjoy listening to smart people talk.
thank you my dear for your sacrifice
I too, learn physics best through the analogy of tackling children. Thank you for this insight 🙏
I like these bed time stories, thanks!
I adore your accent

A very enjoyable video🥰
great job!
Great video
That you for your insight! Professor @SeanCarroll would be proud! ^.^
I love your videos❤😊
This is fascinating to watch. We like to learn more from you. God bless you all the way.
Honestly, I could happily listen to you read the phone book...
I was watching Jetlag The Game and was not expecting to see you in the new season.
Omg did I need you in my college physics courses.
Thank you so much for reading it for us!
I smoked a joint this evening and was not prepared to stumble upon this video...mind blowing, what am I only just learning
Brilliantly explained
Great video.
Beautiful braid! 😀
Outstanding 😊
You still use an overhead projector. That makes your presentation unique on another level.🙂
as I really enjoy your expertise as a science communicator, I am a subscriber to your channel and watch the old vids as well as look forward to new ones. Don't know if you read the comments or take requests, but here goes: if you haven't made one already, could you please make a video explaining Bell's Inequality? - I get the point of it, but it's almost like a double negative - if the inequality is broken, then there's equality which means there's no locality or does it mean there IS locality? ay ay ay, my head is starting to hurt again. ;-)
really interesting video and i think your production is really good too but i think you could try adding a de-esser since when you say the s sound sticks out a bit
Brian is amazing at explaining science. I have dyslexia and learn more from listening.
Tibeeeeeessss ❤
T🐝 explains math and physics in a clear and concise way 👍. But to🐝 honest I haven’t got a glue what she is talking about 😂. I find her voice so calming and enjoy the variety of subjects she talks about . Just a great channel 😊
I think this year is 4th anniversary of your 'I quit my PhD' video. What you learnt over these years!!? Kindly share us. ❤ 🙏
Thank you.
@Tibee You're gifted! You're a genius!
Thank you 😊
Hey Tibees, read Brian May’s thesis. I heard that it contains the secret to becoming a guitar legend … and some stuff about space dust.
I don't think I would ever have to, but thank u for thinking that I might.
LEGEND
Have watched most/many of your videos, will look forward to this. Do you ever read your contact@ emails?
Love the use of dall e for visualizations
In terms of popularization of physics I have looked way more at Neil Degrasse Tyson then Brian Cox but I have heard a lot about him and positively. Always great to see you explain things.
I have a weird interest in reading things line this, so I'll probably read it too. Thanks for the link.
I downloaded his thesis but haven't looked at it yet. Maybe I'll understand it better after watching this a few times!
Brian is so smart he scares me.
Wonderfull recommendation
He is a coxstar. I love his documentaries. He's a living legend.
Love you from India 💟
for some reason i got my science brians mixed up-- thought this was brian MAY, the lead singer of queen, who also has a phd in astrophysics. so uh. would love to see that brian's thesis dissected too!
Pretty interesting seeing the difference between viral and not viral
I loved him in Braveheart.
Very nice sharing. Full support from Morocco. Happy Women's Day🌹🌹🌹🌹

Thanks for reading his thesis so we didn’t have to. 😂 Also, the real-world examples and analogies help too. I appreciate the car vs. cornfield example. 🌽🌽🌽🚗

The "Quantum Chromodynamics" concept certainly could be overwhelming to some. Mathematics to explain the pomeron is of intrigue. As time goes on, questions such as: Why are there generations of quarks and leptons, is there a Planck particle, and what combinations of quarks are possible, muon/pion processing and what is time?! Definitely open to on going learning and evaluation as years progress.
You have headed in the right direction toward understanding natural phenomena in the universe objectively or correctly when saying that physics of particles is a better way t of understanding than merely observing such natural phenomena, and subjectively interpret them with nonsensical notions of mathematics, which are full of flaws I mentioned it quite a while ago, but most human ignorant physicists keep underestimating the role of particle physics
