Some people probably did this when they didn't know how to draw hands or still don't know how to draw hands 😃 1. put the hands on the back 2. Make the sleeves bigger or longer 3. Draw animals 4. Drawing "fists" by making the hands into a ball 5. Trace hands but ended up trash or not bad 6. watching a hand toturial but ended up trash or not bad (the hands btw) 7. Hands in a pocket 8. Having a jacket and just putting the hands in the jacket 😬 (it was complicated to say) 👁️💧👄💧👁️

Made in FLASH! In 2006. I find that impressive. As a teen playing around on Newgrounds at this time. This would be super impressive. Someone worked there booty off to make this happen. I would give props. (2006 I was stuck in MW3 online.) A long break from Anime durring that time so I missed MOST of the shows from this time.

Being 100% serious, it's not that bad actually. It's still absolute trash but you can tell *SOME* effort was put into it.

Wakfu is animated in flash and came out in 2008, there is no excuse for this.

Lesson learned: *the ones with the least episodes probably need to stay that way*

Not always. “Another” is the same length of this anime (minus the five minute long episodes). “The Titan’s Bride” is same length in all aspects (currently). That one is animated and voiced very well. “Yuri on Ice!!!” is 12 episodes (20 minutes each). That’s a masterpiece by MAPPA. There’s lots of other examples, but those are some of my personal favorites.

I was a doodle artist back in elementary and middle school and the animation looks like I drew it when I was 13. I got bored at school and I'd doodle even to the test papers after I was done because I was good in most subjects so I had spare time. I remember a question about the Economic and Monetary Union of the European Union (EMU) and I doodled an emu next to it and jokingly asked extra points from it.

Japan is genuinely so beautiful and has the most beautiful things but why...why this?..

I missed this series back in 2006. Newgrounds was such a fun website back in the early 2000's! Thanks for bringing back some memories. :)

I want to see someone remake this anime With actual decent length episodes And um.... Better _everything_

I feel like the colouring is like way off on this one, I think that the background and space ship things, as well as the leaves at the beginning are the best visual elements in this anime. I think that it would have been taken better on the internet as a flash game with “choose your own story” elements or something. It really reminds me of ads on television and some of the music videos that came out around the same time that wanted to replicate anime because the marketers in the company/ the artist and their team thought the it was “exotic” and “new age” in a way and wanted to “replicate the way they advertise/do things in Japan”.

That's a ten year old's anime drawing if I've ever seen one. And I have because I was that ten year old that drew terrible anime drawings. I mean at least It's manged to get me into GCSE art with good grades, but still. I BURNT THAT SHIT.

Whoever did the backgrounds and explosions deserves better. They were clearly the talented friend who got roped in and were too quiet to say no.
