Yeah, wow. I have to join the ranks of the people who didn't know how moved this would make them? It did make me tear up. I've been watching Carrie since 2012, and I am genuinely overwhelmed seeing her accomplish such a difficult goal. I think it resonated especially because I'm trying to get up to 10k atm and having a really hard time of it.

Just ran as far as you can, and then add in half a kilometer increments. You will work your way up to 50 k and collect the metal at the end of the marathon. Keep going you'll get there.

Anyone else start crying when Carrie saw Oliver and started crying? So sweet that he was able to make an appearance

I'm going to admit I teared up half way through, just seeing how far you have come since I started watching you 10-ish years ago, and how much you have pushed yourself to reach your goals with a smile...it's truly inspiring.

I’ve cried about 40 times watching this... anyone who’s done any physical challenge like this knows that overwhelm at various points... props to you Carrie, well done!

I didn't expect this to make me so emotional, but here I am, crying, only 8 minutes into the video. Well done Carrie! Such a huge achievement! I love how you chose a person or people to focus on for each mile. So beautiful and moving!! ♥

Omg I had the same! I didn't expect that at all but here I am, crying about someone else running the marathon😜

Currently sobbing into my pasta watching this vlog 🥺 I’m so proud of you as someone who was always the ‘big’ girl in PE and was told to not even try out for any dance teams or audition for anything this is so inspiring so much so that I have my first proper audition next Monday ❤️ you are amazing !

Anyone of any shape or size can run or do any kind of exercise! If I can get past the finish line of a marathon, something I genuinely never thought I'd be able to do, you can do anything you set your mind to!

I was emotional this whole vlog, just hearing each person you were thinking of, the clip of you spotting Ollie is the sweetest thing and I cried a lot! So incredibly proud of you !

Yeah I think that’s why it’s my biggest achievement. Because none of it has felt easy or natural and I kept going anyway. I’m hugely proud of that. Thanks so much for the love and support! I really appreciate it! ❤️

This made me really emotional. I ran the virtual marathon yesterday (my 1st marathon) after being inspired by you and its still not set in. I spend the second half wondering how you were getting on (it made for a good distraction from my aching feet) and as soon as I could tracked you for the end. You did amazing and should be really proud. You're a real inspiration!

Not only was I starting to tear up after a minute, but I fully blubbed when you found Oli in the crowd! After following your journey for 10-ish years and seeing you overcome something like this (for two incredible charities I might add!) is such an inspiration! You should feel so so SO proud of what you achieved!

I watched this video the day it was posted. The next morning I woke up early and started a Couch To 5k program. I'm now in week 3 of my marathon training after signing up for the Portland marathon this October. I didn't have a great running day today and it's lovely to come back and become inspire all over again. Thank you Carrie.
