That's how you learn is follow behind the faster guys to really get the feel of the track but you really did a great job on the track . Yammi noob is a track rider that's what he dose so for you to handle the track like you did is really impressive coming from a street rider stand point.

Yall really think that that is going to matter 🤣🤣🤣 YN is a club racer. He would need ten laps tops before he is probably at a decent pace. @@triumphrider6836 let's see... not a neutral track... not same bikes... not weighted evenly... yes, I see how all of the "excuses" are completely unjustifiable squabbles. Its because for most right handed people, they tend to stretch their hands when reaching for the right-side of the handlebar. So there's less leeway to push down on the bar for countersteering/leaning right... Some human physiology stuff. Dave Moss had a video on it and he suggested right handers shift the bar to the left a little bit so right-side is closer...look it up

Happens to me alot because I practice on U turn lanes. And I'm broke asf before u hate, no worries I'll sleep in the paddock and die on the track, just keeping the edge somewhat sharp. Building bad riding habits out here on these Houston streets
@b2dary890

For me, it seemed more difficult to lean right because that's the throttle side. Like it was more tricky to push down the right side bar, because you have to keep steady control of the throttle simultaneously.
Glad to see you two had fun on track. That little KZreadr beef was fun to follow. At the end of the day we are just a big family that share the same passion.
You madman I didn’t think you’d bring the K5. Your bike is becoming the Jack of all trades.
You don't become a racing driver/rider in one day, that was a great experience and you did great to stay on that bike. Most important thing to get down when you get to a track as a new racer, be it on 4 or 2 wheels, is the braking. You gotta get that feel for the tires slipping under braking and be consistent with them. You don't get on top of the brakes you ain't getting anywhere.
@Scotty-vs4lf
Жыл бұрын
thats true. i dont have a fast car but i race on back roads and time myself and i pretty much cant get any faster through the turns, so i started to improve my braking (because i always used to brake early) and not only is braking later more fun, my times have gone down a lot
I liked it. You’re confident in your abilities but willing to learn. Please make track riding another addiction. Great respect between you two.

Gixxer Brah you're a Champ Throttle Side Body Position is different Hold the throttle like a screwdriver Helps you get lower
A lot of people in these comments sections are projecting themselves onto others. Yammi is a track rider. Gixxer is a risk taker. A lot of us WILL NEVER HAVE THE TESTICULAR FORTITUDE TO DO WHAT GIXXER DOES. It is what it is. The track is just most wimps ways of saving face. It's like when professional boxers challenge street fights and then say "you can only use your hands." Of course the boxer will win.
"Leave some brisket for the biscuit". Lol. That was great. Thanks for the ride!
Not trying to nag, and great video brah, but you should move your upper body a *lot* further and lower, going around the track so upright forces you to be more on the limit. If you nail your body positioning better you'd be able to carry way more speed through corners Also, you're chopping throttle a lot (better practice is to roll on instead), and I noticed a couple times that youre swooping (jumping left to take a right corner)

Yams was on a bike that has 80 less hp. Had he been on a liter bike, the difference would have been a lot more. I wish they would have taken a couple laps on the same bike, but we all know yams is a lot faster. It is what it is. Nobody that actually knows anything about riding thought he was going to beat yams. I assumed by his experience riding, alone, that he would catch on quickly, and he did.
