Its because for most right handed people, they tend to stretch their hands when reaching for the right-side of the handlebar. So there's less leeway to push down on the bar for countersteering/leaning right... Some human physiology stuff. Dave Moss had a video on it and he suggested right handers shift the bar to the left a little bit so right-side is closer...look it up

You don't become a racing driver/rider in one day, that was a great experience and you did great to stay on that bike. Most important thing to get down when you get to a track as a new racer, be it on 4 or 2 wheels, is the braking. You gotta get that feel for the tires slipping under braking and be consistent with them. You don't get on top of the brakes you ain't getting anywhere.

Massive Respect to the brah for this!! The Most Humble thing he could do Lots to Learn To all the Squidkids out there : Riding in a Straight Line through traffic does NOT make you fast 😂 It Can make you Dead tho 😅 Let Go of Ego & become a Better Rider Stay Safe & Learn Actual Skill This is why a Smaller cc bike & Track time is recommended It's the Rider, Not the bike P.S. Gixxer Brah you're a Champ Throttle Side Body Position is different Hold the throttle like a screwdriver Helps you get lower

A lot of people in these comments sections are projecting themselves onto others. Yammi is a track rider. Gixxer is a risk taker. A lot of us WILL NEVER HAVE THE TESTICULAR FORTITUDE TO DO WHAT GIXXER DOES. It is what it is. The track is just most wimps ways of saving face. It's like when professional boxers challenge street fights and then say "you can only use your hands." Of course the boxer will win.

Not trying to nag, and great video brah, but you should move your upper body a *lot* further and lower, going around the track so upright forces you to be more on the limit. If you nail your body positioning better you'd be able to carry way more speed through corners Also, you're chopping throttle a lot (better practice is to roll on instead), and I noticed a couple times that youre swooping (jumping left to take a right corner)

Street fast and track fast are two VERY different things!! Plus, not to try and make excuses, How many hours does Yapping Boobies have riding around that track? Verses', How many minutes does Gixxer Brah have on that track? Given just these two factors, for what it's worth, I think no less of him for trying. Honestly, I actually think more of him just for giving it a go. He's a man of his word. Here in the part of Texas I'm from, That means a lot!! 🤠😎

Yams was on a bike that has 80 less hp. Had he been on a liter bike, the difference would have been a lot more. I wish they would have taken a couple laps on the same bike, but we all know yams is a lot faster. It is what it is. Nobody that actually knows anything about riding thought he was going to beat yams. I assumed by his experience riding, alone, that he would catch on quickly, and he did. Another three or four track days, and he’ll be quick. Still not fast enough to catch yams, but when you’ve been riding as long as brah has, it isn’t as difficult making the switch to track fast.
