Not for being laid off of course... although you took it very well with the correct attitude... but for having the guts and grit to make the very best of your working experience there... plus having the courage not to be afraid of hitting the ground running and working hard! I always tell my younger staff members to always work hard so that they can turn it into an investment in themselves.
