Heavy on ‘ you are replaceable’ when it comes to working in a job! That is one of the main things that I’ve learnt within the last 5/ 6 years. Hence why the last few years I decided to put all of my energy and time into perusing my career as a presenter, and work less hours and days on my day job and making g sure I am taking every single annual leave! So proud of you sis!

It does depend on your area so you would need to search “cover supervisor roles” in schools near you or type in “supply teaching” and agencies may come up. It varies from £150 a day and upwards x

UEL I am sure is a low grade/low tier uni...😢not good
