    I noticed that if I'm out and about, I don't eat as much as I would if I were just at home. I think when we're just at home, we tend to eat out of boredom, and not necessarily because we're hungry, which adds to calorie intake. I've never been a person who counted calories, or was ever overweight, but I started to not eat after 7 because I read it's good for your metabolism, and I've unintentionally lost weight just by doing that. I say it's more about how you feel, and not how someone looks that should determine if you want to change in terms of diet, etc. If you don't feel good about yourself whether it's mentally or physically, it shows. If you love your body as is, and you feel good, own it, and don't ever care about what anyone else thinks/says because life is too short, and random for such bs. Whatever weight you've been, you've always looked beautiful--always intelligent; kind, and been funny in your own way, lol. I wish nothing but the best for you.

    Thank you so much for your kind comment! You're completely right, I also find that I eat way less when I'm out and about. Unfortunately I live in the middle of nowhere, so I rarely have someplace to be 😅 But I want to double down on my commitments to my work until the end of this year, so hopefully that will keep me busy enough to avoid the "boredom eating" problem. As for body confidence, I'm very happy to say I've achieved this, and there's not much that any "hate comments" can do to shake me. My younger self would be proud. As always I appreciate your kind and thoughtful comments! ✨

    I agree. It could be a mental thing where your mind is preoccupied, or your body is in motion, so the desire to eat is reduced. It’s kind of the same with stress. Give your brain something to do, and you feel less anxious.

    @@HexaAngelLove to hear you’re comfortable with your body. It’s a great place to be. And with calories, I stopped caring a while ago, lol. It’s all about moderation for me.

    @@Brianna.C_88 So true, and it's somehow easier to eat treats in moderation when I'm not trying to control it at all. Well, maybe it's still early to tell, but I think so. We'll see how the rest of the year goes.
