@@collinsmurithi5121welcome to the club, It's a step by step process, you will get there. What worked from me was gradual decreases in my intake, i started saying no to invitations, i watched tons of videos from former alcoholics:how they did it, that really helped me. Once you quit drinking what is left is a void so had to replace this old habit with a new habit. In all i give God all the glory,the chains have been broken!

Alex is a very wise man and I love how he acknowledges his beautiful wife unlike others love you alex
