This thing is a dedicated drag car. I’m not going to make it a street car to much work. I’m building a 500hp EG for the street

How can the intercooler work with no air?

Right so the intercooler cools the air going from the turbo into the throttle body. So when the pipe blew off there was no forced air going into the motor which creates booost…

@@Redlineracinggarage we're not talking about the boost leak. We're talking about the intercooler that is t doing anything. Why would you even mess with the wastegate. A bad wastegate makes too much boost...

@@turbone54 yeah i will admit that was a mistake checking the waste gate first, but we did find the problem after all. But your comment about cutting the bumper to solve the intercooler issues is asinine…
