Hey Froggy! I did some research on how to help grasp the prizes easier, and I found something that said if you hit the button again when you want it to grasp the prize it should work! I would recommend trying this method :)

maybe they’re too small. but see if there’s a stronger grip setting orrrr maybe add some rubberized grips to the end of the claws so they’re maybe longer/can hold on better xP

Set up the F2 and F3 at the highest too! Thats the strength going up and the strength moving sideways. The setting that moves it sideways must be low, which is why it keeps dropping it once it starts moving towards the chute. It might be a little different on this machine, but I work for a claw machine company and thats how they set theirs up!

@@LiChaBM oh! you get hhp back if you owned it on your og isle, you just restart it :) i believe you wait a while then tom eventually knocks on your door and introduces you to lottie etc. i had hhp on my old isle and havnt gotten it back yet but all resources ive found say you eventually get it back otherwhise i wouldnt have reset! ^^
