The episode was truly heavy. But if we look at it realistically, this is what can happen as human beings group up and evolve (minus the cheating). They started in high school and entering college, these are true college experiences and many couples will grow out of the relationship and develop different feelings. It is hard to see, but it is real.

okay but the way Jai notice that Teh kinda avoiding him and said the words like "u became my akin" and then touched his arm... the way he is manipulating and using the situation to work for him and for his play no matter what.... and when teh and oh aew were singing togethrr and they showed us oh aews face after that silence and hin crying 😭😭😭 i guess that moment got all of us real hard "my heart is breaking for both of them" SAME 😭😭😭

Rewatching this through your reaction. The scene where Teh says regarding Jai’s bf not coming to watch the play, that he too wouldn’t attend if his ex invited to one. But when later he directs he expects and wants Oh Aew to attend his play. Teh places expectations on his partner that even he wouldn’t do.

I really like this series it shows the raw talent that billkin and oab has I hope to see them in another film acting together as leads. I like the different emotions that are presented in season 2. They didn't show you a cliche "happy" ending, it showed you how people change and that change is either accepted by their loved ones or rejected by them. Teh was drawn to oh ae because of the passion he thought he shared with him for acting and now that that's gone an empty space is left which teh was slowly filling with jai's passion. In the end teh learned that not all emotions are real and should be acted upon. As for oh ae he knew teh's feelings were changing that's why he was desperate to make it work. But in the end he could not hold on anymore.

IPYTM really made a lot of people feel uncomfortable because of how far away it took them from ITSAY. Personally, I love how they took the story even if at times it felt hyper-real and not always happy as with most BLs. That's just me though. 💖 - Tita Josie

I am back. I finally watched the episode and your reaction. First of all knowing what happened did not at all prepare for seeing it. My God it broke me all the way down. I luckily have not experienced that pain in real life. Thank you both for being so open and honest with your experiences. It helped me understand the episode even more. I think it was in one of my comments here that I was grappling with what the point of the story was. I saw a post on LineTV's twitter where it was a picture map of each episode and it was titled "Ending a Relationship: Stages of Deterioration". So my gut was right. ITSAY was a story of falling in love and IPYTM is a story about falling out of love. That was truly the goal. I sense too that this will not end with them together. I think it's hard for some viewers cause you want their love to be everlasting but in this story Teh was not where he needed to be maturity wise to sustain a relationship with Oh. Point Blank they need to be apart. My only hope now is that the experience helps him realize the hurt he can cause and that he doesn't make the same mistakes again. First Tarn then Oh. I hope the cycle is broken. I don't think Teh is an intentionally cruel person. He just seems to lack self awareness. It's why Oh was so necessary in his life but in the end it's too much for Oh to do that work for him constantly. Teh has got to grow up and he's got to do it on his own. I totally get now why BK, PP and P'Meen all said Ep. 4 was their favorite. As much as it hurt us to watch what a gift for them to act and create it. I watch all the hysteria around this storyline and don't get me wrong I get it but having something like Ep. 4 in your portfolio to put on your acting reel is a slam dunk. It was impeccably done. Their acting was breathtaking. They were given strong writing and direction to make every scene have the impact it did. I was crushed and ugly cried this whole episode but I can recognize it's cause of the talent of everyone involved that I feel this way. The way Oh played the entire first sequence from the car to the apartment to showing up at rehearsal to the car again full circle, he didn't have a ton of lines but I felt every bit of the emotions he was conveying. I could feel Teh's confusion. I could feel him trying to make his time with Jai something real and I was like how dare you make me feel your pain. I'm so angry he was infatuated with Jai but I also hurt for him because of how Jai used him. How do you make me hurt for him when I want to slap him? I honestly do not think he thought he would lose Oh in the end. I keep saying it but he messed all the way up in Part 1 and got Oh in the end. Even Tarn was kind to him. He has never had to fully feel the weight of his actions so I think he thought he could have it both ways the same thing he tried to do with Tarn and Oh in Part 1. This moment was long over due. I think Oh should have never caved in Part 1 at the end. He should have just been his friend and if he matured then maybe become more. God honestly Teh has been hurting him since they were little. The lines the landed the most for me were in the break up scene "Stop it" and "Have pity on me". Those two just encompassed years of loving Teh so deeply and getting hurt by him again and again. Oh's strength is admirable. Reminds me how I can set boundaries in my own life even when it's painful. This was beautiful. Ep. 4 is my fav of IPYTM, Ep 3 was my fav in ITSAY. Both were just perfection for me.

But i still stand for my perspective that’s teh doesn’t have love feelings for jai. In ep4 the scene that teh said “you said I’m the Akin in your heart.” This proves that teh is still in character. When jai said he did and said all these kind of encourage words was to get teh into akin, then you can see the look in teh’s eyes it’s confusion and disappointment.

but also the way Teh doesn't have an actual friends. Like Jai literally manipulated him to play for his benefits bc he was chasing his dreams. U know i think its very common for ppl who r studying arts, or theatre or to be future actors. There is always competitivness that will be. Like u can't fully be sure in ur friend i guess when ur studying together and fighting for the place that u both want. bc the spot is not for anyone. not all of them will and can work on the field they want. and if u want to be shown u need to fight for it, fight for that place no matter what. Like we can also notice that Teh's group of friends if we can say it like that always were talking about studying , theatre performances when Oh aew's friends were really having fun with each other talking about anything... they have such a different dynamics.

Alsoo did u notice that the water bottle that Jai had and Teh drank from it it was red. And Teh's whater bottle is green (if u mix blue and red it will give green). Teh was on a red scooter at the end of the episode with red helmet. And Oh Aew was wearing all blue when they were doing a sleepocer with his friends😭 also in their break up scene... like oh aew being with his natural hair color and Teh was wearing that shirt i believe we did see it on him when they were still in Phuket. their looks just made me remember phuket 😭

Human failings sometimes overcome the actual feelings in a relationship. If one is trusty, one can fight for the right and convey the same. Both Teh and Ao had the failings of bonding together. It is prerogative of the story writer and director to show what they want irrespective of what viewers feel or want. When Ao saw them kissing he should have barged in to clarify his doubts than delve into self pity. When Teh repented and wanted second chance, Oh rejected him, while regretting it too. Agree with you about the photos could have been archived than deleted. Somehow I feel bad about breakups than being in good relationships. Same was in BxJ:forever. Breakup seems easier than to work for improving relationships. Love your comments ❤. Love and best wishes to both of you.

Jai is being too manipulative. He is "grooming" teh for his own desire. Teh, may achieved his dreams but at the cost of losing everything. His promised of love for oh right now is like really a promised to the moon, unachievable.

I don't blame Jai. He did everything for his dream. He is just as ambitious as Teh and that's why Teh fell for him. The shared dream. Teh clearly wants his partner to be on the same path as him. Everything Oh-Aew said was spot on. How can they get back together? They'll breakup when he finds someone on the same path that wants to be with him. Oh-Aew can't hang around waiting for that to happen. It didn't take long for Teh to fall for Jai because he was already leaving Oh-Aew in his heart. That's why it's a good thing that they broke up. Oh-Aew can find someone who doesn't have the same strict requirements for his partner. Teh was upset by the breakup because Jai turned him down and he has no other close friends. He feels alone. His judgement drove Khim away and he hasn't bonded with any other new people. I'm glad his dream is coming true too. He's not a bad person. It was just time to breakup. Oh-Aew made the right decision. I hope they don't get back together because they're on separate paths to happy lives. It's sad that one of my favourite couples came to this. But, you know, I still like the show. I think everything was organic to the characters and Teh was no angel in season one. It was easier to forgive Teh's flaws when they were on a path together. This season they were on separate paths so it was nothing but pain. Season 1 was easier to watch but I don't think season 2 was a big deviation for Teh's character. It'sa great show but I don't think I could watch it again. lol It's too real.

I think the ending will be like the Begin Again Film ... you know why? If you can remember the scene at the intro where their favorite childhood CHINESE PLAY was shown? ... they will both see a poster that the Chinese Play will happen so they both decide to come to this place. They both not know that they will be watching the same play at the same Time and the same venue. They both already is looking great and has moved on (but not totally) ... When they both watch the play, especially "THE ICONIC SCENE " that they both practiced when they were still a child. This reminded them both of each other... They both clapped after the scene and MAYBE one of them is crying ... Then one of them notices the other, so he decided to find the other and will take a deep breathe and Bold Move to clear and patch things up to really wrap it up ... same as the ending of Season 1 both of them talk and now the iconic line from Begin Again will be mention ... it will be somewhat like this "If you manage to think about coming back to me , just watch our favorite Song (Theatre Play) and i will be there waiting for you to BEGIN AGAIN" ... This is not the exact dialogue but the idea is like this. PS : I really love both of your reactions @Tito Miles & Tita Josie because i feel like i was talking to both of you... I find it strange that the writers from ITSAY to IPYTM never actually gave gave Teh a really supportive group of friends. In ITSAY the only person he had was his brother and Oh Aeww straight away had a new boyfriend and a a group a friend's around him. Then IPYTM the friend's that Teh had two left him within a year and the other one messed with his head and destroyed the relationship so he didn't have anyone to spring broad is emotions on before he messed things up or after he messed things up he said the only friend true friend he had was Oh Aeww 😕 that's not healthy by the way. Then again in IPYTM Oh Aeww had a solid group of friends to love and support him and Teh is by himself again to deal with the fall out by himself cause his only friend (Oh Aeww and his brother) are not around. I feel like I writer's are just a bit bias towards Oh Aeww. In real life everyone at least as one person outside of a relationship that they can turn to, that can at least guide them in the right direction before they take the wrong path and the after they take the wrong path. Teh as always been painted as the villain from ITSAY to IPYTM. By the way I'm not condoning what he did especially at the karaoke in front of Oh Aeww after he told nothing was going on but I want to be that one friend to him, that there to say boy you f-up but I still love and will be here for you cause everyone needs someone in good times as well as bad times.

idk i really cant blame anyone or say such harsh words to anyone. Im not okay with the cheating part but I cant say anything about it too if Teh felt like it and were so close to the person he also liked at the moment. Its so realistic. And I just wanted oh aew and teh a happy ending not all of this second season😂. But i guess things like that may happen ofc. And Teh is being confused again and emotional person as he is. i cant even say what its like when part of u loves oh Aew that much and cant let him go and the other part is liked someoen else just bc ur working in the same field, he helped u like a lot and say stuff that u r admire.... But ofc its better to break up now. And sctually im okay with them being together in the future as more independednt persons. like teh needs to grow as a person as well to know more what to feel and HOW he feels and to not get confused that easily. the episode was really tough. but i understand both sides 😭 i just want to hug oh aew so bad (that doesnt mean i dont like teh or he fell down in my eyes bc he is not. like we cant just blame him in ruining hings when he just developed some feelings for another person and... idk) its so realistic😭 but the way oh aew even said to him get out at the end the way he looked at him after 😭 without even watching the ep 4 i already knew they r gonna break up at the end of the episode and they r gonna talk and i just knew they r both gonna cry😭 and also im glad that it didnt last long.
