Befriend all queens in normal mode then when you enter NGP, poison all 3 queens. As soon as you reach NGP2 you must infect them.

I was so surprised when intern joined 🤩 The epic duo never fails!

It's great that you did this on another save because there is actually a third option for the ant queens that is better than the poison one: it kills them (so you can have the loot) but also does [SPOILER]. You can go back to the other save (the one where you befriended) and keep playing NG+1 until you are able to do NG+ again (kill broodmother, mantis, and wasp queen + beat the javamatic defense) to get to NG+2 (because one of the recipes can only be found in that NG+ level). The recipes are very hard to find so good luck!

you can also infect them which acts as a poison but lets you get new things the next new game

Imagine if they add a update we’re you can tame the ant queens

Infecting the queen will cause new creatures to spawn next time you do new game plus only available in new gam plus

You get a third option if you toast the world. After using that third option, you toast again to see the effects of the third item you can feed them. You need to toast the world atleast once for the cheats behind the queens to spawn. Most of the new things this patch really on you toasting your world 3 times total.

You know I already got the game on the Nintendo switch and I’m already doing good. I had trouble trying to figure out how to get the oven but now I figured it out and now I am doing OK luckily hopefully in the future they can make a second game there are some spider species that they didn’t add to the first game so probably they can add a tarantula, think about it fight with a tarantula orange and black and it does poison damage and there could be an infected version where everything gets covered in like spiderwebs and it will have like explosive things on its back that it can shoot out it would be very cool if anyone agrees with this

I still think befriending is best choice first playthrough... the ant gear isn't great and you'll use literally anything else lol... the staff is the only good reward and you get that from pheromone...
