@@dalama1161 Tbh, it shouldn't even be on Kickstarter. They have plenty of resources to do this without crowdfunding..... And everything is ridiculously overpriced. Kickstarter isn't meant to be a place for already successful businesses/IPs to finance projects so that they can avoid putting down money themselves. It was obviously going to make money from the start, and apparently they brought in nearly $7mil...... So yeah

Max spending an extra $1,500 to make the video better when we'd just listen to him say Isaac wrong for an hour.

It never once crossed my mind that you might upload a video on this game, but holy shit I'm so happy to see it, I was waiting for my game and add-ons to show up for what felt like forever, but I'd never been more excited to get my hands on something in my life. It's good to see it get some more exposure, it's a great game with great presentation, absurdly fun for what it is and very faithful to the actual game it's based on, a lot of the cards do something very similar to what they do in the source material.

I’ve had so much fun with this card game and backing it was 100% one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while lmao. So much care and effort put into it, Ed and the team really did a great job. Nice to see it getting some attention!

Playing is actually really simple. You don't have a deck, you just start with a character, an item and 3 cents. The monsters go face down in a pile on the left, loot cards go face down in the middle and treasures in another pile next to them. You start by revealing two monsters and two treasures from their piles and then you play. You fight the monster cards to get loot cards to progress and become more powerful and you can buy the revealed treasures for money during your turn. The other players may play cards to help or hinder you during your turn.

@@montanajoe4636 lol why do you say that if you actually have no idea? It's a limited edition deck of tarot which has 78 cards. 22 major arcana and 56 minor arcana cards. Though you could remove the extra cards and use any deck of tarot as playing cards if you really wanted to.

Plushie collector here! I only have a few plushies on display at a time, the rest of my collection is stored in vacuum sealed bags and they take way less space that way.

This is the first Kickstarter project I ever backed. It only felt right to do so, since The Binding of Isaac is one of the most important series in my life. I’ve been around since the very beginning. Seeing it become as successful as it is really is such an amazing thing!

I love max expressing displeasure that he got 2 of the same angel Isaac figure when he almost certainly just chose to buy 2 of them for no good reason like he did the fucking play mats

Last deck is based on a classic tarot, with the suits being swapped for other symbols to relate more to the game. I can’t figure which suit is supposed to be which, other than the coins which are obviously a stand-in for the suit of pentacles. Real fuckin neat stuff though, I like seeing people get creative with their interpretation of classic tarot and all the symbolism

Max you are after my own heart right now I have like 3000 hours on this game and have probably watched you for a similar amount of time, god bless you

Totally didn't expect the kickstarter to be featured on this channel! What a treat! Game is easy to learn and play. When I got my KS box, we just played with the new Requiem expansion cards and it seemed to have ran a-okay cause I would have had a stroke if I had to shuffle ALL of those cards.

I did not expect this video from Max, but I love the variety of content from him so far. Also if u haven’t played binding of Isaac you should :)

I usually take my plushies and soak them in milk. It makes a satisfying thump when you throw it against the wall. Also helps save space because they kind of shrivel down.

The final deck that looked like special tarot cards was a set of regular playing cards but isaac themed

28:14 If you’re ever looking for a good and simple to learn game Max, I highly recommend King of Tokyo. The instructions are literally like 4 pages long with large text and color pictures. Not great for content, but a lot of fun to play with 5 other pals, and easy to pick up. Oh! And it’s designed by Andrew Garfield; creator of Magic the Gathering.
