Can clove not get ult points from deaths? I noticed a few times you took orb to get your ult online instead of getting it from the death ult point. I also saw the few times you died you didn’t get the ult point. The other agents were still getting ult points on death but when you died you didn’t.

It's a play on words in that "non-binary" can mean more than one thing. Especially in computing/electronics where "binary" is more commonly used than in any other field. The joke is that "clove is nonbinary" is meant clove is not of any 2 gender, which is the typical selection in society. I think you can switch spectator pov on smokes after dying too. It says so when you equip it while spectating.

i think they should add more speed for the ult, cause the time that you have after you use it (to cancel it) is so low, you basically cant get away from the enemy that chases you, i think they should buff speed for like 1.5x-2x, after you use ult, so you can run away pretty fast to cancel animation

hear me out , clove might just make iso better. Decay with clove, drop health by 90, use Iso E to mop up the low people and get easy shield and if they bunch up spam shield. That decay looks like it lasts a bit longer too. Also Decay with clove then vulnerable with iso on full buy rounds and 1 bullet will kill anyone caught by both. 90 decay that fast is nuts though.

Without the context of the character lore, it is perfectly fine to assume this character identifies as a female. There is no way to assume someone is nonbinary, and it would be illogical to be angry at someone for not looking up a character's lore.

Everyone is talking about how crazy this agent is for making a hit on a site easier with how she can res. But something I havent heard anyone talk about is rehits and rotating to other sites. Imagine you stop a hit on one site only to see the enemy plants on the other site. You know they are all on site and while you are ready to retake clove pops her ult and suddenly you have to worry a flanker too. Even worse if they fake a rotate and you fall for it suddenly clove is already on site, despite you killing her. Such a cool mechanic to play around, though I think she'll see a lot more value on smaller maps with less travel time to make those plays more powerful

Their res timer is very short, and their time to kill in the ult to stay alive is 10 seconds. It would have to be a very specific circumstance for that to work out.

I think clove would rather fit into a duelist role rather than controller. Even tho her kit isn’t made specifically for spactaking, which kinda is the duelists thing, she still got until that is focused around taking fights, risks and getting kills. Yeah she got smokes, and really interestingly unique ones on top, but the rest is more for the duelist role, I can see her getting picked in double smoke comps, and also acting as a second duelist

Clove’s personality and the way she talks really like Gekko,like they are happy during the fight. Also she sounds like Astra too, if you put Clove’s voice line on Astra like biu biu,there is no sense of discord lol

you have around 10 seconds until you die again and it takes around 7 seconds to defuse i think so you can do it if your close enough
