DO NOT USE BR-471D! USE BR-471B! The B round is ungodly again angles, the main point of the 122mm. Do not trust the stat card, D round WILL bounce on even the slightest angles, it is wholly unreliable against all the tanks at the BR, the only point the D round had was to go through maus turrets, which it no longer can, its useless, at most carry 1 or 2 rounds of it, and the rest B rounds.

The IS-3 doesn't perform the same way in World Of Tanks but it has also been powercrept over there. But even with its drawbacks it is such a beautiful tank that i'll forgive anything about it

@@Add12pack the flakpanzer 341 is 6.3..... and act better than the ZSU.. and is fast and hard to kill.. especially if you have 5.3 tanks.. so.. whats is the theme with the zsu 1 shot AA and the kugeblitz. that only harass planes and light tanks..

@@darthr5364 kuge is capable to kill efficient a M41.. and can easy exile an BMP-1 .. +side shot some M48....take barrel of t44-100 etc.. is efficient.. if you want to defend your self and not be aggressive.. after all is the last defense zone.. is the anti air.. not the heavy break through tank.. or the medium flanker.. is just an anti air.

Russian tanks are known to be very small compared to most. The IS-3 is almost 2 feet shorter than the Tiger 1!

IS-3 and IS-6 are very small tanks compared to allied and axis tanks. Look up size comparison of T54 and challenger for example. The T54 looks like a toy tank.

man!! what? !!! 76 is ok.. not great.. armor on us tanks? where??????? i dont know that. .and i play most USA.. stabilizer stops on 6.3 jumbo Sherman..and comes back on the 9.0 xm-803 Germany good armor? not amazing? they have problem on face 7.3 the tigers2 etc but cant be penetrated easy in distance by a T32.... slow? did you ever say the SLA 16?? the fastest tiger2 ? the panther 2 that is fast as an leopard..what about the simple ones .. every German tank has good average speed.. i think you confuse the Germany with the England.. here.. USSR bad? really? how?! the fastest tank T 44-100 can easy flank and get 5 kills doing that.. the is series tanks are hard targets to get.. especially the is3... they have the power to take a kill from distance over Germany and US.. especially US.. they melt them down... so .. i believe you have to know your enemy to kill your enemy more efficient ..if a soviet team snow balls your team.. you lost the game from the first 4 min.. in .. without any option to return.. in game.. if the soviet team is holding back the game will be long and will be hard to win.. if you crack the soviet team.. in to pieces will crumble.. just like that.. cause the most of the people move to the same cap.. or area.. is easy to see how the match will go from the first 4 kills in the feed

God tier armor for the US???Lol Panthers and King Tigers are better armored than their US counterparts.76mm has only a couple mm more pen than the gun Germany has access at 3.7.That’s a bad take.And besides M18 and M36 US doesn’t have better mobility than Germany,i’d say on par.

Ya the B round is way better than the D shell. I keep 2 D shells for extremely far away tiger 2s and maus Side shots the D does do better against those targets at range.

I don't understand why gaijin doesn't just have the air spawns set as.. props start at 7km and jets at 14km and maybe a middle ground for early jets as some arn't overly fast. such a simple fix instead of making props fly so far on some br's and jets spawn so close on others.

That makes sense actually. I think a lot of the vehicles people struggle with could actually be really good with proper support and co-ordination with team mates.

For some unknown reasons they die pretty easily to the 150 mm 1.0 br spa... even if the armour simulazion says that they are resistant to HE shells.

This thing is a 1 tank army in the right circumstances. I managed to retake caps that were abandoned by my team on my own against more than a few enemy vehicles.

It's still sort of admirable even put into the 7.3 line. It still cast pain to the Pershing and Tiger ll

is3 still op at 7.3. Few tanks can pen it for the front. Only APDS and Heat can while there is a big weakspot on the t32 the mg port which any shell can pen.

Came back after almost a year because I got a kill on one last night with an HE shell from the M109. I didn't think that it would kill it and it popped up right in front of me, I shot purely from instinct and hit the top of the turret and overpressured him

Facing IS3's and IS6's in my T95 is always fun. Most don't realize that shooting the cupola is the easiest way to kill a tutel, so watching them not being able to kill you is fun.

Man this thing is such an easy kill in the eland. After theyve shot, you have time to hit them in the commander (to fight the 14,5mm since it can pen ya) and drive around them to get to their ammo

im not a great player but on USSR, USA & germany my KD is more than twice it is on Britain. Sadly, British tanks are my favorite 😢

I see that you put the Seal of Approval on your IS-3. I'll see myself out.

I complain about my M103 having around a 15 second reload with an ace crew, so yeah I wouldn't play this IS3 ever.

Played well the is3 is still a pain in the ass to kill except when it gets a full uptier but nothing does well in a full uptier.

Bane of my existence, when I do the protection analysis of the is3 against my tank it says it can pen all but a few places on the front, (using a 120m with 480mm pen) but I swear 80% of the time I shoot it I get no pen or shell shattered or if it does pen XD It does no damage, I have to side shot it

Never shoot the M-51 in the machinegun port. There are some funky glitch angles around there that give it closer to 1000mm of "armor". So many times my shells just disappeared into there.

Volumetric Shells is one of the most horribly Implemented game mechanics ever. It completely negated a Historical Exploit on the Panther D and A which allowed for the 75mm M3 to kill them from the Hull Roof by shooting the lower part of the gun mantlet. Shot traps are basically Nonexistent now due to how Volumetrics works and it directly buffs certain vehicles that had issues with things like Shot Traps in real life.

One match I was in my Tiger 2 105. Came around a rock and saw an IS3 sitting on the capture point. Saw his turret slew around so his barrel was facing me. (I have my gunsight set to the gunners position). I knew i had one shot, or i was dead. Shot my round into the shot trap right under the barrel and into the hull roof, and killed the IS3. If someone knows the weak spot, they can exploit it.

bro really you had a 10.5 thats not great news for you.. your tank can eliminate everything.. i pick some is3 and is4m with shermans.. and what shermans... the M4A2 the 4.0.. that i carried by mistake.i believed that it was the w76... that i saw 2 months later.. and that m4a2 was the last tank i had that time. in my disposal.. and i got him.. it was fun to stop him.. then run to the sides and kill him. if someone knows how to kill an enemy can kill it.. is 3 and the t-10 have a huge lip in the nose.. that lip is a huge weak point.. that can penetrated very very easy.. a killed 1 T-10M.. on that spot.. with an AML 90.. he had the higher ground.. he try to charge on me.. i bust his trucks.. he repair.. he try to look at me.. i shot him. he died.. i laugh.. hard.. no one in my team came to help for 5 min.. period.. and i holding alone the cap .. having to deal with that thing..
