I played One Summer's Day from Spirited Away on piano at a wedding

Музыка

Hey everyone! I had the incredible honor of playing "One Summer's Day" from Studio Ghibli's beloved film Spirited Away at a beautiful wedding. 🌸
It's amazing to think that millennials, who grew up watching these enchanting movies, are now at an age where we can bring this magic into significant moments of our lives, like weddings. This piece holds a special place in many hearts, and I hope my rendition brings back those nostalgic feelings for you too.
If you enjoyed this performance, don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more piano covers and live performances. Thank you for watching and sharing this special moment with me!

That woman stayed for the music almost the entire time. She was super into it and has probably never played a video game except maybe the Wii with her kid.

Anime fans are pretty small niche people really even today. Let alone knowing one particular song, from one particular anime movie.

@@MrZachgonz When I was a kid, it seemed that hardly any adults knew about anime. Now I'm in my early thirties. A good number of people in my age group watch at least some anime. Many of them have kids. It makes me think, wow. Kids these days actually have parents who watch anime. That wasn't how it was when I was a kid. I feel like with each passing generation, anime gets more popular. We're not there yet, but slowly but surely it's becoming mainstream.
