The best ever FIFA I played is FIFA 18.

I loved FIFA 17 really enjoyable game you definitely had less bs like you do now on FIFA

1:05 yes the servers shut down about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I have been playing fifa 17 recently since it’s the only fifa game I currently have and I wanted to pick the game up again after so much time. It payed off because it’s actually very fun and brought back some good mementoes!

@@vinceguilliamalipio It should do I'm playing Fifa 17 atm on my series X. Recently started a career mode on it but I mainly reinstalled to pla ythe journey given it' sbeen a while since I played it and felt like playing it again given I have 17,18 and 19 on disc

The passing mechanics in this game was the best part for me.

FIFA 17 is still my favorite. My favorite soundtrack song was on there (Paper Route - Chariots) and I didn't think the game and dynamics weren't so against the user.

@@kokokokoalabrothers6009 nah 19 was horrific for career mode. They had glitches from the previous game that weren’t fixed as well as glitches which they never patched. Also, the AI got worse after 18 and your players off the ball got worse aswell

I think fifa 17 was the last fifa where I actually got a full 99 rated team in career mode because of training

I loved the pro club because it was defensively rewarding and all the other game modes too

I have played every fifa since 98 and ultimate team since 09 and they have all morphed into one version that I genuinely couldn't tell you my favourite

The atmosphere in this game was top notch

Fifa 17 was my first fifa and i have so many nice memories with that game

I took Portsmouth to the premier league (highest finish 2nd twice, won champions league final agains man utd in penalties all on legendary difficulty. Also wales to a World Cup quarter final, and England to a semi final started the career start of 2022 played every single game

😅I played fifa 23 before all of sudden I decided to play fifa 17 again after I recognize that the ghrapic in fifa 17 much more supperior in term of light, shadow,grass, the atmosphere stadium. I don't know why EA changes the grass while it's wonderfully had been created.I play it on PS 4

I was 14 when this game came out, one of the best fifa that i enjoyed

Have 1200+ hours played with this FIFA. The frostbite engine was a refresh to the gameplay

this truly is the Fifa that changed everything. FUT champs, SBC's completely changed ultimate team

FIFA 17 was the game that made me fall in love with the sport. I was mainly an American Football fan but i had played FIFA 15's mobile version, and FIFA 16 on my PS3 (which i played quite a bit), but when i got a PS4, and i played FIFA 17 for the first time, i had fallen in love with the sport. It's a shame that the game has really fallen off a cliff in terms of quality since then, and i quit the series after FIFA 20- i returned for FIFA 22, kinda stopped playing that after only a few months, and then went to FIFA 23, and while it's a pretty decent game, especially because i also got an XBOX Series S that can run Hypermotion and all that stuff, i might just move to eFootball when that becomes a functioning game, and jump off the FIFA (soon to be EA Sports FC, or whatever the awful name will be) bandwagon. *thanks for coming to my ted talk or uhh something*

Efootball is an insult to PES and has no content. Google Football Life 23, that's the only football game anyone needs.

EA went the wrong direction after this Fifa.. such a shame.

Hello, I need advice. I have been familiar with PES Gameplay, my favorite and the longest PES that I've been playing is pes 2017. But I recently try to play FIFA, I've played fifa 14,15,17,19. I feel those fifa Gameplay and control is not intuitive as PES. The movement feels heavy, hard to defend, getting close and chasing the ball from opponent, and the passing is slow.

I loved the L1 flair button, this way it felt like real football

I used to overplay the career mode in this game , almost tried every single player kept playing it for 6 years before i bought fifa 22

On the prev gen consoles etc ps3 idk about x360 but request funds is there but you don't get the manager customization and the financial stuff well you kinda too but it's scaled down

I need a refund on my entire 2017 year lol. Because I played and bought so many things from FIFA 17, that when I got back on it says "we are sorry but servers for this title have been shut down. Thank you very much for playing!!", like what the hell. I played this a lot. I'm in the UK and I went to load it up a couple of weeks ago and it would only let me play in either Russian or Polish when I purchased it in the UK. It is now unplayable for me. All the text is foreign and I can't change it. Tried everything.

When EA was really serious. Get yourself fifa 17 and 18. Tweak the settings and sliders to make it slow. It's far better game than the recent fifas. You won't even bother to buy the new ones anymore unless online gaming. 17 and 18 has that special feeling with so much fun.

Fifa 17 was the first fifa game I ever played and fell in love with it. Too bad the next fifas we’re getting worse and worse every year (fifa 21 was pretty good tbh I enjoyed that one) with this years game being the worst imo. I don’t enjoy the game anymore. They try to make the gameplay more realistic but in reality for me it’s a game and I still want to feel like I’m playing a game.I hope ea takes this years game criticism seriously and make fifa 24 actually enjoyable

Fifa's gameplay has never been realistic, in fact it got LESS and LESS realistic post Fifa 11. And there won't be a Fifa 24, at least not as you intend it. But it'll be the same exact game.

@@FuzzyDlop FIFA 11 (at least on PC) still has some of the best AI in the series- with plenty of offsides, fouls, and yellow/red cards. Only gripe was that CPU-controlled sides never pass back to the goalkeeper, and the goalkeeper always kicks the ball to the middle of the pitch after catching the ball/during a goal kick. FIFA 15-17 had much better goalkeepers (at least the AI-controlled ones) in the sense that they behaved more like how goalkeepers behave, but the foul/offside count went down drastically after 11. It was at its lowest in the Impact engine FIFAs (12-14 on PC, 11 onward on PS3/X360). It recovered somewhat in FIFA 15-16 (Ignite Engine version, depending on sliders), and by 17 (once again, depending on sliders) you could actually get some really chaotic games. It all seems to have gone downhill from there though.
