Order Of The Phoenix was amazing. Every DA recruit has their own task and you explore a massive Hogwarts, have mad duels as and against many big names, duel voldy as dumble. It’s honestly an amazing early game, and leads into some really cool stuff in the mid a d late game. Truly S tier. Azkaban and CoS were the only other two I played, both pretty good. For real, I never had a memory card for my PS2, so I ran that thing for a week as a kid, asking my mate at school and finding guides on where that last FUCKING gargoyle was, only to have my progress wiped when mum realised the power button was on when she was vacuuming. When I finally got the last DA recruit, it felt like such an achievement for me, and the rest of the game did not disappoint. Highly, highly recommend.

There was both a PS1 and a PS2 version. The Gamecube and PS2 version of the first game were the same, except the Gamecube obviously is a much more powerful system. Oh man, I was expecting this to be a comprehensive playing of "every" Harry Potter game. It'd definitely be awesome if you make a Part 2 sometime and tackle the different versions of the games, Philospher's Stone literally has FIVE different versions: PS1, PS2, PC, GBC, and GBA, and they're all completely different games. Same story, but totally different gameplay mechanics, levels, level design, like everything. If you ever get the time/have the desire, you should at least check out the different versions of Philospher's Stone and Chamber of Secrets since those are all completely different games. After Chamber they don't do that so much.

Having played Goblet of Fire I will say this: unlike every other tie in game in the series, it is a co-op game. You are meant to play it with 2 other people, hence why the view is almost isometric to give a wide view of each character, and why there are always two squad mates with you. The experience is infinitely different playing with another person vs playing by yourself with the AI.

I absolutely loved the exploring side of those games because Hogwarts was so big, and me as a child had never experienced games like that where you can go wherever you want and you're not stuck in one area. I also absolutely loved the stealth missions you had to do in Chamber of Secrets with the prefects. There was nothing more scary being 7 years old trying to sneak past the prefects and then getting caught with that loud jumpscare note and getting locomotomortised. As for the PS1 versions, which have the most offensive character models (and somehow also charming), I still love them to this day. For me, they just capture the magic of the series despite their very obvious flaws.
My priests last name was Weasley so the “Weasley touch” has a totally different meaning for me.
What exactly did JK Rowling do wrong?

Really surprised me
The games were so much fun back in the days, i cannot tell you how much i loved these games. They are indeed my childhood games
LMFAO AND THE ACTIVE SHOOTER STONE. Dude, I'm American and that was comedy gold.
"... I've put them above J.K. Rowling in terms of how much damage they've done to the Harry Potter IP." So not really any damage at all, if the latest game's sales are any indication.
I literally died of laughter after harry fell sprinting in HP6 😂😂😂😂
I grew up playing every single one of these games. Hardest one was the 1st one because of the janky controls. Biggest let downs were 4 and both of the 7s because they weren't free roaming. 5 and 6 were the best
Thank you for the endlessly hilarious commentary. Bravo !!!!!
“JK damaged the IP!” Literally the only thing she did was say that men shouldn’t play in women’s sports 😂😂😂
