Fun fact: if the game says “But it is not perfect!” during the credits, you get the bad ending where you failed to get all of the emeralds which is how Sonic will take off his shoes and this is the ONLY way to get them off. Here’s a hint: in a certain level (idk which, I think it was 2-3), there is a bonus stage, and if you don’t complete it you can’t get the good ending, but I believe if you do then you will get the good ending.

I always love watching these hour-long videos and compilations (yes I am a genz that doesn’t have the attention span of a goldfish I don’t believe it as well) can’t wait to see all these reviews when I get the chance happy new year everyone (even though in my time zone i have like 3 hours and a half at the time of making this until new year) can’t wait to see what comes to this channel and sonic in 2023!

I have an attention span of a little kid on the fourth of July. Its a bit hard to explain but basically I've been watching this in hour long segments and I'm enjoying it so far!

Finally, a thing I listen to while I do other things during my day. It's been a while since I've seen these videos so I'm ready to be entertained by them again

Thanks so much for taking the time out of your day to review these games. I have a major love for the handheld Sonic series as it was what literally got me into gaming as a whole. So many great memories with Sonic Advance, 2 and 3, not to mention Sonic Battle's story was easily one of the best written scripts in the entire franchise. Great Vid

Still been waiting for that for a while now.

I liked lost worlds special stages, they were a mass usage of the 3ds’ motion sensing, and considering the step tracking system they’d probably believe you’re on the move, so they chose motion control over joystick. Then there’s the special stages theme, it’s so good and works perfectly with the stage.

With generations 3ds it is sorta annoying that’s it’s 2d only, but you have to think the fact it was made for the DS rather than the 3DS but it got put out on the 3DS because it was the latest console

Unpopular opinion I liked chronicles a lot. Yes it has MANY problem and I can't say it's a good game, but god as a kid I played that on repeat with almost any other sonic game I got lolol. Now playing it nowadays I can see chronicles is mid, but hey nostalgia glasses keep me happy with the games.

Sonic Chronicles is just...fine. Definitely flawed and lazy in some ways (the music is truly god awful, for sure), but a decent (even interesting) game relative to the library. I liked my playthrough overall, and I am not even a Sonic fan. Maybe that's the thing? My expectations were crazy low (a touch screen Sonic RPG sounded teeeerible), so that definitely played a role in shaping my impressions while playing. Lmao. I definitely agree with your comment about the touch controls.
